dozens of marijuana activists are lighting up on eakins oval. but the big story is the arrest of a serial burglar, this is 27-year-old james murray of limerick. he is accused of burglarizing homes in late august and september and october. chad pradelli is live now with more. >> reporter: jim investigator say that murray had a drug habit and went on a burglary spree in july and august to feed the addiction until he was finally captured. >> i had a whole new door put in and metal reenforce manies. >> joanne had to dole out $1,000 to get her back door fixed after she says that james murray broke in and burglarizes her home.

>> six or eight earrings from my family and a watch my husband gave me. >> hodge is not alone, police say that murray broke into 15 homes since july and got away with $75,000 worth of jewelry from this house and charged with two attempted break-ins. >> he came up and kicked it and i think that light kicked on and he kicked the door like this -- >> and when he did that he busted it like that. >> he says that murray did not get away with anything, he thinks his motion sensor light spooked him. in august limerick police began to develop murray as a suspect. >> he was recently released from prison for prior burglaries and was in a minor crash in the area. >> investigators say he sold a $1500 stolen watch at this pawnshop and checked their

of a 4-year-old boy who fell to his death from their balcony from the seventh floor. the incident they say was a tragic accidents and the child's mother was caring for a baby in a different room when her 4-year-old climbed over the balcony railing. authorities in buck county use aid drone to search tyler state park for 21-year-old lindsay pickown. her abandoned vehicle was found in the park hours after being reported misinformation bensalem. her family offered a reward for information. it was two years ago when having less than 30 grams of marijuana was decriminalized in philadelphia and now they are hosting what they are calling a pop-up pop garden at eakins oval. we go live now to "action news" reporter, dann cuellar. what is the story there? >> reporter: well jim, the party

and trenton 69 and cape may 69. satellite 6 along with action radar showing this is the system that will bring us the cool air. a cold front the leading edge of that chilly air moving very slowly and it will eventually move through friday night into saturday morning. ahead of it we have more mild air tonight and mostly cloudy and areas of fog 62 in philadelphia and 59 in allentown and 60 in wilmington and cape may 63, tomorrow very similar to today. a mixture of clouds and sunshine and ahead of the front temperatures hit 80 degrees again today five days in a row of temperatures in the 80s, allentown 86 and cape may 75 and wilmington 79, tomorrow evening into saturday morning that is when we get the showers from the cold front and then the winds of change really blasting in the jet stream will buckle down to the south the low pressure that rides to the north will deepen and intensify. what this means we'll miss out on most of the rain and we are
