good afternoon sara bloomquist is off. in the news the presidential candidates trade jokes and insults at a charity event in new york city. and a defend in the bridge gate trial is expected to take the stand in her own defense. but the big story on "action news" is still developing right now. a body is discovered by a lawnry mat in philadelphia and the police say the victim was set on fire. bob brooks filed this report. >> reporter: just off of allegheny avenue in kensington a horrific discover was made in that ally behind that barrier, someone found burned and wrapped in a blanket. not something that neighbors expected. >> the investigation is in the early stages. no word on who the victim is. a delivery driver made the discovery this morning. and neighbors we spoke with
