>> reporter: stumbling in his attack saying his own employees are already suffering. >> all of my employees are having a tremendous problem with obamacare. then just nine minutes later in that same speech. >> they're not worried about their health care because we take great care of people. >> reporter: after trump left the resort's general manager acknowledged the vast majority of workers there don't use obamacare at all. >> maybe there's a few that are insured through obamacare but very, very few. >> reporter: clinton also in florida. if she's sweating trump it's hard to tell. first, dancing on a univision show then later taking in an adele concert in miami. >> i support hillary clinton 100%. 100%. >> i feel good but, boy, i'm not taking anything for granted. >> reporter: now adele is a british citizen so she can't vote but hillary clinton getting another big endorsement, former secretary of state general colin powell saying he will vote for hillary clinton. and we want to go back to that

exchange of megyn kelly and newt gingrich because there's a tweet from a member of the trump campaign that's getting a lot of attention. that tweet from dan scavino, he tweeted out megyn kelly made a total fool out of herself tonight attacking donald trump. watch what happens to her after this election is over. it's unclear what he meant but some are taking this as a direct threat to megyn kelly. david. >> wow, tom, thanks. with just 13 days left that's what we are talking about, matt dowd, jon karl, our political team and this conversation did continue beyond what we saw in tom's piece and wanted to take a look at that and get your reaction. here it is. >> i want to hear the words bill clinton, sexual predator. i dare you. say bill clinton, sexual predator. >> mr. speaker, excuse me, sir. >> disbarred by -- sdmreks kus me. >> $850,000 penalty. >> excuse me, sir. we on "the kelly file" have covered the clinton matter as well. and the polls show that the american public is less interested in the deeds of

the uk and woke up to that surprise and says that's what he'll pull off here. do you think that's possible. >> first, the brexit thing is a myth. if you look at the numbers there, the majority of polls going into election had leave winning. it was a very dead even race. it it was a very dead even race going in. we have it at nine, average is at seven. very hard to overcome that. >> not impossible. not impossible. you can close the gap but -- >> this close to impossible. >> yes. >> got a duel here at the end. >> yes. >> exactly. >> well, thank you both and we'll bring you back for the big board to talk more about that in the next half hour. now to a midair mystery, a giant passenger plane declaring an emergency diverting to another airport. after multiple crew mes got sick on board. abc's david kerley joins us now and, david, what's the latest on this investigation? >> well, we're not getting a lot from british airways this morning. we know it was an emergency declared. a diversion but the mystery is why were some of the crew

members sickened and taken to the hospital but none of the passengers? this morning, little explanation from british airways on how members of the crew on this super jumbo jet became ill but not the passengers. firefighters and breathing gear walked through the double decker after it diverted to vancouver. >> can you say again the emergency for me please? >> toxic fumes, toxic gas type fumes. >> reporter: declaring an emergency with more than 400 passengers on board after taking off from san francisco. the jet dumped fuel telling passengers they would have to land. >> people started panicking. a woman in the seat was crying. >> reporter: the london bound jet makes a turn. >> made a complete u-turn and i was like what's going on here. >> reporter: one passenger telling abc news he was told three crew members passed out. british air says there's no evidence of that but the miles passed up nearby airports to head to vancouver which is better equipped to handle the big jumbo jet. on the ground, not one passenger hospitalized but while 11 of the

crew were reportedly ill, all 25 were sent to the hospital as a precaution according to the airline. >> sometimes things are very difficult because maybe one person smells something, maybe they feel -- they react one way. maybe you can't pin down that fume. maybe it was something coming from the cargo hold that was just momentary. >> reporter: the 25 members of the crew were discharged from the hospital. all british air is telling us this morning is they're investigating the cause of whatever made that crew member ill. >> it was concerning. david kerley with us, thanks. you know, millions head out to vote in a few days. you may want to think before taking a selfie. justin timberlake making headlines for snapping this in a tennessee voting booth where it's not allowed. we have more now. >> happy birthday to you. >> reporter: katy perry donning red, white and blue in this video to promote early voting and on monday, justin timberlake posted this now deleted picture

where he wrote, i just flew from l.a. to memphis to #rockthevote. no excuses my good people. the singer are two of more than 9 million americans already hitting the polls before november 8th. >> just step in the box, babe. >> reporter: timberlake is no strange story voting activism. he encouraged early voting in this youtube video from president obama's 2008 campaign and posted this selfie with presidential candidate hillary clinton earlier this year. but it's that #votingselfies that had the potential to land him in hot water. in tennessee, voters are prohibited from taking photos or videos at the ballot box. and while violators could face up to 30 days in jail and a $50 fine, timberlake appears to be in the clear. the district attorney tells abc news, no one in our office is currently investigating the matter. but now that early voting is under way in 37 states, #votingselfies are taking over social networks.

people are showing off i voted stickers or snapping pics of mail-in ballots perhaps unaware that that could be criminal. >> it's safe to take a picture of yourself and say you voted. the question is rises when you do it in the voting booth. >> reporter: at least 18 states taking a photo inside or showing how one marks their ballot is unlawful. >> it's unlikely anyone will go to jail or be fined after take a selfie in the voting booth but it's best not to risk it unless your name is justin timberlake. >> the department of justice and fbi will be there november th looking for more than selfies. some take this seriously and allow for fines of up to $1,000. resist the urge, put the selfies away for later, david. >> linsey, i was hearing from some states in iowa what they have set up is once you leave the booth, they have a board set up where you can take a picture of yourself outside. >> thank goodness. >> the actual voting moment private which is what we do here

in america. we have amy with the other overnight developments coming in. good morning, guys. we learned overnight that a theme park here in the u.s. has now closed a similar ride, the congo river ride in busch gardens is closed in tampa until it's clear what happened. four died in a park. among the victims a brother and sister. more pressure for the pentagon after thousands of soldiers were ordered to give back bonuses they received. the white house is calling on defense officials to speed up a review and house speaker paul ryan wants to suspend efforts to recover the money. volkswagen owners will get a payout as part of the settlement for decemberle vehicles that cheated on tests. vw will pay owners between $5,000 and $10,000 for their trouble. finally, vindication for a young couple as one of the most reputable newspapers in the world finally sets the record straight. a new bride and groom who recently made it into the coveted "the new york times" vows column were the victims of

>> it's a cold start across the region. take a look at temperatures though. just 38 in philadelphia and in the 20's in allentown and reading and in millville at this hour. this afternoon stays cool. but it will be better than now. 53 degrees partly sunny overall later today. tomorrow breezy and cloudy, 58 the high and later in the day and in the evening we'll see some rain arriving. then we're dry again on friday and improvement for the weekend and that looks like dry weather on saturday with a high of 67. 70 on sunday and, tam, we might even beat those numbers with a little more sun.

morning. and take a look at this. a home invasion caught on camera. you can see right there the robbers are in the house and kids are sleeping on the couch inches away. really scary situation. we'll have tips to make sure that this does not happen to you with our experts. >> so many have cameras in their homes like that. >> looks like it's a smart decision. first in this half hour we want to get to that manhunt for a robber in florida. the woman reportedly robbing three people at gunpoint and even though police say the victims turned over their belongings, the woman opened fire anyway. abc's diane macedo is here with much more. good morning, diane. >> reporter: it's a big question in this case. why would you shoot people you intended to rob when they've already given you their belongings. also this all happened right out in the open just outside a miami park but that also means surveillance cameras caught the whole thing. this morning, miami police are searching for the woman in this newly released surveillance video seen opening fire on three people saturday night. >> i was like, bop, bop, bop.

>> reporter: you can see the shooter dressed in white reining up behind the group. one of the victims quickly hands over her purse and cell phone but the suspect opens fire anyway. the victims then frantically toss their cell phones and wallets to the ground and scatter and run for their lives. you even see the suspect pick up the belongings but still she fires again. shooting eight rounds in total. >> the victims handled over the property and the female offender still shot them. >> reporter: all three victims were hit by the flying bullets. witnesses then rushed to their aid until ambulances arrive. >> i took my shirt off and i applied pressure to his chest. >> reporter: and police are still searching for that suspect saying she was a passenger in a white or silver chrysler sedan. >> someone so young crying out for help. i don't know if we helped him enough. >> reporter: one of the victims a 12-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach. he was rushed into surgery but is recovering this morning. the other is a 17-year-old male and 20-year-old woman luckily only suffered graze wounds.

that 12-year-old boy had just arrived from honduras the very day of the shooting. he is now in stable condition but the shooter still is out there and police don't believe she acted alone. so a big investigation in miami going on right now, david. >> really difficult to see. all right, thank you. in the meantime, we turn to that blockbuster legal brawl involving sumner redstone. the 93-year-old suing two of his ex-girlfriends alleging elder abuse and mara schiavocampo has more. >> reporter: good morning. that suit is also claiming fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress. saying that those women were in ka hoots to take advantage of one of the most powerful men in media leaving his pocketing a lot lighter and his heart much heavier. this morning, an explosive new lawsuit. 93-year-old billionaire media mogul sumner redstone suing two former girlfriends for what he claimed was a calculated scheme to take his money. in the 31-page lawsuit redstone,

the controlling shareholder of viacom and cbs, claims that starting in 2010, 53-year-old manuela herzer, a former girlfriend and 45-year-old sydney holland, his girlfriend at the time, joined forces to install themselves in his estate plan and secure fantastic wealth upon his passing. moving into his home, the suit claims, isolating him from friends and family. firing longtime staff and draining his accounts. >> nothing that is alleged in this lawsuit is remotely consistent with reality or the facts as they are today. >> reporter: in 2014, alone the pair allegedly charging thousands on his credit cards every day. including more than $750,000 on interior design services. $128,000 at barney's and $82,000 the hermes. the suit claiming when all was said and done the women had

taken more than $150 million in five years. at one point convincing redstone to sell all of his vested stock options and later that same day redstone made two transfers, $45 million each to personal bank accounts of holland and herzer. >> he wants every penny back. he wants all of the money that he gifted, gifted, in quotes to ms. herzer and ms. holland, he wants all of that money returned. >> the suit says redstone now also has a huge tax bill related to the women's spending. redstone is seeking undisclosed compensatory damage, punitive damages and legal fees. we did reach out to holland's lawyer but did not get a response. a lot of explosive allegations. >> seems like he has a good case? >> they have a lot of documentation including household staff that reached 0 out to his children saying something is not right here. >> thank you, mara. coming up on our big board it is just 13 days until the

>> hi. what is a crowd pleasing dish i can make for my roommates at home. >> a crowd pleasing dish for roommates. chicken. chicken goes a long way. it is an inexpensive protein. widely available and thighs and drumsticks, breasts if you're looking to make it lean. runs the gamut and this is an easy recipe for you, one of my buildable dish, chicken with citrus and herb butter, a compound butter you can have in your refrigerator. hopefully you like the roommates because they'll stay forever. what carla has is carrot, butternut squash. you can buy it cubed and makes it easy, pumpkin, sweet potato. any root veggie would be great is there can you put stuff on a pan? >> yes. >> okay, good. >> a little olive oil and salt and pepper and that's it. don't overcrowd the pan so you can put it on two sheets. throw that in a 400 degree oven until tender, half an hour. done. >> rachel, you two are over

there cooking and robin is already eating. >> that's why i love this woman. >> rachel, can you salt and pepper some chicken? >> a little bit. >> a little bit. this is a whole chicken. get your butcher to break it down so you're not wasting anything. breasts in first. everything goes in skin side down and again make sure not to overcrowd the pan. it's going to go five minutes. make sure you use an oven safe skillet. after it's golden brown we'll add fresh orange juice, oh, yes. >> there's nothing super like crazy about this recipe but it will feel unique because it has this interesting bright flavors you might not have combined before. orange and oregano and goes in your 400 degree oven where your root veg yis were and when it comes out the chicken is totally done like robin is testing over here. you take the remaining little bit of chicken fat and orange juice and reduce about a cup of white wine, i know you got that around your house and now here's where you get the hallelujah
