shirt while singing the nag an an they will at this game. >> she told the ap she was never given a dress code. the team tapped a 76ers dance toward step in and sing the anthem. she released this on snap chat. >> you want me to sing about the land of the free but not speak freely. >> they say this is not a civil liberty issue and did not involve a government or happen in a public space and the team has a right to control their message. a source tells us that streeter was hired under a contract that does not allow the performer to further a personal agenda. >> private organization, have you to abide by their rules, they give you a contract and guidelines what you can and cannot do. they are not telling you exactly word for word. you know like i said it's a tough situation.

the former rutgers university student that killed himself over a case of cyber bullying fled guilty to invasion of privacy. he was accused of trying to use a webcam to film a sexual encounter with him and another man. they threw out his conviction and today he was sentenced to probation but will not search additional time. lieutenant governor has split with governor chris christie on a key measure on the ballot in november. it asked voters to approve dedicating gas tax proceeds exclusively to transportation projects. but she looked into where the money is going and that has her speaking out against the measure. >> i was concerned and did my own research and thought whether

people should support ballot question number two, not until they do the same thing. >> a christie spokesperson says that the disagreement was a misunderstanding, when asked about that possible there was no response. now pennsylvania and delaware reached a multimillion-dollar settlement with hyundai and kia for fuel eeconomy claims. because of inflating inaccurate data into the fuel mile able ratings on stickers on cars across the country. tricking people into thinking they would get better gas mileage when prices were high. in all they settled claims for a total of $41.2 million. if are you in montgomery county and you need to dial 911 you should use a cell phone right now if possible. a contractor cut communication lines while accidentally working today and as a result the

county's emergency center is accepting fewer calls from land lines. if you do use a land line to call 911 in montgomery county, keep calling because if you get a busy signal, some of the calls are getting through. the county says it will take hours to fully restore land line service to restore it at the emergency center. new at 5:00 now. one south jersey police department is using an unusual tool to better community policing efforts. they are hoping that more than a dozen stones or rocks will help strengthen bonds between the police force and the people they protect. nora muchanic has the rockery story tonight. >> reporter: don't be alarmed if you see berming ton city police officers hiding rocks around town, there is nothing wrong they are getting ready for their new program called burlington rocks. >> the hope is to build a relationship between us and our young kids here in town. we'll set this rocks throughout town and we'll provide clues.

it was involved in a murder investigation and i'm on my way to work. >> police say this started as a drug deal and the suspect shot a woman and 35-year-old man, the woman died at the scene and the man is expected to recover. the gunman is still on the run tonight. a 52-year-old man was shot and killed after arriving at his west oak home. on the 1600 block at west oak lane. the victim died of several gunshot wounds to the chest. detectives are trying to identify a man who used a large knife to rob a 7-eleven in the bridesburg section. on the 2100 block of saturday october 15th. he was holding a knife in plain view and demanded cigarettes and lottery tickets and his face was on plain view on the security cameras right there. if you recognize him call philadelphia police, a thief with two hammers targeted a cell

phone store in philadelphia overbrook section. it was taken inside of the simple wireless store, on october 19 and, the suspect walked in and smashed a glass display case and too high prices smart phones and took off. two would be thieves did not expect a clerk to fight back when they demanded money from the cash register at the rodriguez mini market last night. one suspect pointed a gun at the clerk and that proved to be the wrong move seconds later the clerk grabbed a baseball bat and started swinging and both got scared and started to run away without taking anything. over to matt pellman in the traffic center to see what is up? >> reporter: this doesn't go well when the roads are dry but not when they are wet. and wet leaves down as well. tons of accidents around the region.
