american airlines says 20 passengers and a flight attendant were hurt. hours later, a fedex plane caught fire and blew up at the ft. lauderdale/hollywood airport in florida. witnesses caught it from several angles. they told authorities they think a landing gear collapsed. an inspection determined the cargo appears to be undamaged. the pennsylvania turnpike is back open after an electrical line was ripped down and brought traffic to a standstill for nearly 12 hours. actually a number of lines. a dump truck with its bed left up hit power lines. this happened here the oxford valley overpass at 7:00 this morning. a clean up effort shut down the expressway in bristol. it was one week ago tonight when violence broke out in the area around temple university.

conference call to make the chargeback happen. the bank says it is not possible for the bank to electronically initiate the reversal. the payment has been authorized and funds paid, we are unable to reverse a payment that has been accepted. the bank is saying you are asking the bank to do something it cannot do. what position does that leave your customer in? >> it's very unfortunate that she found a bank that is incapable of processing the charge back. >> reporter: they blame the bank and the american bankers association says the utility has to do the electronic refund. >> i don't care if it's pennies. it's my money. >> reporter: eight months after they realized their mistake, they received this letter from pgw's attorney offering to get a
