there's so much instability so much heat buildings we're starting to see a broken line of impressive thunderstorms developing across western pennsylvania this afternoon. you can see the lightens strikes we have the lightning counter on and we're picking up anywhere from 40 to 90 lightens strikes within 15 minute increments there. that's the cold front pushing through later this evening. sun and clouds, warm, 80 degrees that's the forecasted high for today. this evening, we've added wording to the forecast here we're allowing for a gusty evening thunderstorm. appears some of the storms could contain winds of 45 to 50 miles per hour. again with all the halloween decorations out there, that could blow things around a little bit here. when i come back we'll talk about that and the cooler weather heading this way in time for halloween. guys. >> only 36 hours remain before the contract runs out for workers in septa's city
