"action news" reporter christie ileto has details. >> reporter: if you look close liz you can still see remnants of the pink paint ball that was fired from across the street. now many residents say that they didn't want to talk on camera but they are advised that something like this has happened and that this happened blocks from temple university's campus and many students we spoke with said this issue is ongoing. our cameras were rolling as police, took this teen in custody after they received multiple reports someone was firing paint balls. outside their window on diamond, on sunday afternoon.

for channel six "action news". and more developing news right now a body wrapped in the blanket was discovered in fairmount park, this afternoon. the body was discovered by a passerby, along the 2400 block of reservoir drive, around 2:30. so badly decomposed we're told police are not totally sure of the gender. investigators won't be able to determine more about the the cause of the death until an autopsy is completed. investigators are trying to determine the cause of a fire that left one person dead this morning, here in northeast philadelphia. the fire broke out around 6:00 t building on the 2300 block have of treemont street. it was placed under control a short time later. one resident did not survive. we do not the know victim's identity or why he or she could not escape the flames. a man is dead and twin brother critically injured after a shooting earlier this morning, in the city's crescentville section. police say the shooting stemmed from an argument outside a club on adams street. investigators say both brothers were struck wye the same bullet.
