janet? >> reporter: well, sarah and walter those talks continue, here today at sheraton in center city. this is after negotiations ended abruptly yesterday. >> i am thinking there need to be something more but i just wish they would be like coming up and everything, you know, people get you working and school that you know, they can work it out. >> tonight, frustration is building, for septa riders who are nervously waiting for transit system and union workers to come to an agreement before monday night deadline. >> it is very frustrating. >> reporter: saturday union and septa official spent the day trying to come to an agreement, talks abruptly ended in what one source described as tense negotiations. at issues are health care, pension and none in economic issues such as schedules, break time and driver fatigue. union's contract end monday at midnight, and that 12:01 on tuesday a massive strike would begin that would impact over

"action news" reporter christie ileto has details. >> reporter: if you look close liz you can still see remnants of the pink paint ball that was fired from across the street. now many residents say that they didn't want to talk on camera but they are advised that something like this has happened and that this happened blocks from temple university's campus and many students we spoke with said this issue is ongoing. our cameras were rolling as police, took this teen in custody after they received multiple reports someone was firing paint balls. outside their window on diamond, on sunday afternoon.

>> shooting a paint ball gun outside the window. >> it is surprise ago this it happened on a day where it is busy out. >> it happened. >> reporter: temple students travis says, that this, this isn't new to the area. >> i was walking down this 16th street, past school and i heard like people yelling about paint balls, and paint ball guns, and i was walking through the street and i saw this on her face. >> reporter: so what happened here this afternoon doesn't surprise you. >> no. >> reporter: this comes about a week after police arrested four juveniles for what they compared to a flash mob that attacked on temple near campus. earlier this month, in happened in west philadelphia trying to track person firing pellets and paint balls at the pedestrians near 52nd and jefferson. still. >> i guess it is halloween, coming up, a lot of people have pranks. >> reporter: temple police did put out an alert earlier today that this was happening. we know one person was grazed by a paint ball, but they are expected to be okay. reporting from north philadelphia, christie ileto

for channel six "action news". and more developing news right now a body wrapped in the blanket was discovered in fairmount park, this afternoon. the body was discovered by a passerby, along the 2400 block of reservoir drive, around 2:30. so badly decomposed we're told police are not totally sure of the gender. investigators won't be able to determine more about the the cause of the death until an autopsy is completed. investigators are trying to determine the cause of a fire that left one person dead this morning, here in northeast philadelphia. the fire broke out around 6:00 t building on the 2300 block have of treemont street. it was placed under control a short time later. one resident did not survive. we do not the know victim's identity or why he or she could not escape the flames. a man is dead and twin brother critically injured after a shooting earlier this morning, in the city's crescentville section. police say the shooting stemmed from an argument outside a club on adams street. investigators say both brothers were struck wye the same bullet. brooks has more. >> reporter: just before 5:00 a.m. decks say that two victims were shot, brothers, twins in fact, cord to go multiple sources. it is horrible news, out of crescentville but according to antoinette bail hoy was next door to the scene it is news, that is not surprising. >> it is scary to hear that there was a shooting. >> well, to be honest, no. >> reporter: why not. >> because we have it all the time. >> reporter: family asked this isn't the first time she has had something like this happening again there and it won't be the last. her grand kids and nieces are not aloud out there at night. >> once streetlights are on, they are inside. >> reporter: twins were standing outside when suspect approached them in the lot. suspect fired an initial shot into the air, and then pistol whipped the brothers. then he fired at them. accord together detectives, one bullet, single bullet was fired striking first brother in his chest fatally. passing through him and then hitting his brother behind him

melissa has a check of the accu weather forecast. we led our enthusiasms cast with this a lot of activity on the radar. >> we have showers and storms, and we have a severe thunderstorm warning for philadelphia we have a storm tracker six live double scan radar you can see that we are track ago this cold front that is currently moving on through, you can see a line of heavy activity down from trenton and philadelphia and wilmington. we will go tighter street level with storm tracker six. heavy pockets of rain from florence, jenkintown, riverside on i-95 and into philadelphia, eastward into cherry hill. also, into gibbstown. moving to the west of the sit a long route one in between media and norristown where we're tracking activity and normally off to the west. is there a cold front moving on through, and this one bringing a big change to our area as early as tomorrow.
