we have a report from chad pradelli but first sara bloomquist is at the fern rock transportation center. septa says that picketers are causing disruptions on regional rails. >> reporter: most picket lines are peaceful. but earlier today we saw picketers blocking rail yards. and we learn that a judge granted an injunction that employees can again access regal rail yards and septa expects fewer cancellations but there resit you'll delays and strikers telling "action news" they will stay out here until they get a contract they find acceptable. here at the roberts avenue rail yard in tioga-nicetown, septa workers were blocking the enance

to the septa parking lot. they warn that this action will cause problems with regional rail service into the evening hours and in fact that is the case tonight. >> i think we are doing the right thing, i think we are doing the right thing, you know -- close mouth don't get fed. >> most places picket lines were quieter and it's clear that the striking workers are prepared to stay off the job for days. >> we are out here for however long it takes. >> you think it will take a while? >> that depends on septa. they want changes to health care and pensions. >> i want to be prepared down the line, i want to be able to maintain a lifestyle that i am used to. >> striking workers know their union bosses have leverage with the just a week away but hope to be back to work before then. >> the election is november 8th. election day.

delaware river port authority in camden. to we know anymore details and have the eagles issued a comment about this? >> reporter: jim, we have additional information in the last few minutes, i can tell that you josh huff's attorney says they will fight the gun and drug charges he is facing now, a couple of hours ago huff and his attorney walked out of the county courthouse after he post the $125,000 bail. here is what we know so far. the eagles wide receiver was pulled over on the new jersey side of the walt whitman bridge, the delaware port authority says he was speeding in a car with windows that are tinted darker than what is permitted and had marijuana in his possession. huff handed him the container and told him he had a gun in the

driver side door pocket. gun charge is harder to fight. a smith and wes son with hollow point bullets that expand and cause more injuries. huff's gun is registered in texas and recognized in philadelphia but not in new jersey. the state has strict gun laws and doesn't have reciprocal agreements with any other state. he has two touch downs this season including a 98 yard kick return. as far as what the eagles are saying, they are well aware of the incident and will not comment further and saying they are still collecting additional information on this case. the attorney tells me that the next court date is set for the 15th, they will try to push that up. reporting live in camden, jeanette reyes, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. bill cosby was back in a norristown courtroom today, his

attorneys are fighting to keep the damaging evidence of the upcoming sexual assault trial, the defendants wants testimony of 13 accusers thrown out schooling them tainted and unreliable memories. a delaware county official has resigned after being charged in a hit and run accident. ed truet the director of emergency services allegedly rear ended another driver in middletown township on september 29th and left the scene of the accident. truet was issued traffic citations and state police have re-examined the crash and have since filed charges. coming up tonight, donald trump and his running mate, mike pence, rallied voters in montgomery county. as new poll numbers reveal that hillary clinton has a substantial lead in the ski stone state. >> and the eagles shift focus to the next divisional match-up with the new york football
