optimist optimistics. but last night they released a statement blaming local union 354 for halting progress was made. saying they offered enhanced pension increase of 8% and health care cost per week $8 to $41 a week for a cadillac health care plan. and it was all through the five year contract. minutes ago like you said. local 234 president, willy brown released a scathing response to septa saying they stone walled negotiations for months and did not utter a ward during the first 16 hours of negotiations and the union has been prepared to bargain day and night and will not apologize to try to keep quality health care for our
