several laptops from clinton staffers in northern liberty. investigators say three campaign workers left the laptops inside backpacks and suv's parked on the 100 block of brown street. they went to dinner a few blocks away. when they returned, the vehicle had been broken into and those backpacks were gone. the suspect was arrested late tonight and laptop were recovered but investigators add the laptops didn't contain sensitive information pertinentn broke in the parking lot of a shopping center in east falls, crews got to work trying to clean up that mess, but it wasn't easy. 6 million gallons of water overflowed into the parking lot there creating at least a half million dollars in damage. action news reporter bob brooks has more. >> bob: for the fourth time, restoration crews are cleaning out the businesses and washing the parking lot of the shopping center of fox street. for the fourth time, the water main burst and millions of
