disrupting the commutes of hundreds of thousands of people. and anticipate is -- annie mccormick is live at septa headquarters with what they are saying right now. this is not a done deal we're hearing both party's have come to an agreement nothing has been signed just yet. this is video of chairman of the septa board he walked into headquarters ten minutes ago, we asked him how things were looking if he believed anything was signed. he said looking good so far. typically in these types of negotiations the chairman does not arrive until ins something to put in front of him and signed. septa officials huddled in the lobby negotiating all night and yesterday morning. the meeting had to be halted because power went out in the sheraton where they were hole l

holding the negotiations. through e-mail and meade yairmt going back and forth to both locations it was around 2:00 a.m., rumors of a deal began swirling. details of the deal have not been released just yet r yet. the latest proposal had salary increases. septa said union members will have to pay $120 more a month in healthcare. we're waiting to see when the agreement could be signed. however it is said to have contingency plans in place. even if they are to sign the agreement in the next hour or two, it will take septa to get to full service almost 16 hours. we'll have more for you in the next half-hour, that's where the deal stands right now. reporting live outside septa

headquarters in center city. annie mccormick, back to you. election day is tomorrow, tonight hillary will be joined by rock stars and other major democrats for a massive rally in front of independence hall. that means there are road closures that you have to deal with this morning. katherine scott is live a at independence hall. >> reporter: good morning, tam, donald trump will be in scranton for a recall i can't here, the democrats are coming to philadelphia and holding a rally on independence mall the fencing is already up. they are expecting a lot of people to be here this evening. the traffic closures starts this morning at 10:00 a.m. tonight a massive final rally is planned on independence mall. hillary clinton will be joined by bill and chelsea as well as president and mrs. obama.

a rally comes one day after fbi director james comby sent a letter to congress notifying that the agency found in evidence in the latest stack of e-mails that criminal charges were warranted against clinton. last night during a rally in ohio clinton made no mention of the fbi's announcement. she appeared at new hampshire on sunday saying it was social that people take the time to vote tomorrow. with your kids and grandkids ask you what you did in 2016 when everything was on the line, i hope you're able to to say you voted, you voted for a better, stronger, fairer america. donald trump was on the campaign trail on sunday hitting five states including pennsylvania and michigan. despite what the fbi director wrote trump maintains the investigation into clinton is not over. the investigation into her crime will go on are for a long long

backyard and fell into the pool. when his parents saw he was missing they called police. police found the boy in the pool and started cpr. the child was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. an explosion at the pumpkin chunkin' in delaware critically injured a woman. viewer video shows the explosion in bridgeville, sussex county. police say an air cannon exploded debris hit the 39-year-old woman in the head and face and 56-year-old man was rushed to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. fire crews were called to a school for has matt situation in camden county. this happened at the middle school on yardville hamilton square road. the incident occurred on the grounds of the school not inside the school i felt. not clear what the substance is

in critical condition. a man accused of kidnapping a south carolina woman could be serial killer responsible for seven murders. saturday, todd kohlhepp guided authorities back to his property where he showed them two shallow graves one containing a body. he is in the spotlight because caleb brown was found alive, but chained up in a storage container on his land. her boy friend's body was found on tuesday. a man is in custody after a deadly stabbing it would have children in new jersey. he was taken into custody after he barricaded himself inside a newark home. afternoon 11 and 8-year-old child was stabbed to death in the home. another woman was killed and three other people are in critical, but stable condition.

police say the victims are family members, it's not clear how they are related. at this point police don't have a motive for this terrible crime. a man who worked for a poney ride company is accused of inappropriately touching a child in delaware. police arrested john black burn on friday. a 9-year-old girl said he inappropriately touched her while getting off the poney. he operates for the pony ride in wyoming. he is already a registered sex offender. rookie quarterback carson wentz early mistakes put the birds in a hole. and doug peterson's decision kept them in one. they had a chance in the final minutes, but the giants won 28-23. the eagles have lost 4 of their last five games after a 3-0 start. >> all four of these losses we
