assets including former bader field and the city's water utility and reverse decisions of city council and break union contracts or high or fire city workers. atlantic city is a half being dollars in debt. the mayor said the city fought hard to maintain control and called the decision devastating. a philadelphia police officer shot a dog in southwest philadelphia after the dog attacked. it happened just after 4:30 on the 7800 block of saybrook avenue. the dog bit a police officer but it's unclear if it was the injured officer that fired the shot. the officer was taken to the hospital for treat and also not known if the dog survived. police in maple shade are investigating a shooting in the parking lot of a bowling alley that left a man injured. it happened just before noon at the laurel lanes bowling alley on route 73, the victim was shot
