assets including former bader field and the city's water utility and reverse decisions of city council and break union contracts or high or fire city workers. atlantic city is a half being dollars in debt. the mayor said the city fought hard to maintain control and called the decision devastating. a philadelphia police officer shot a dog in southwest philadelphia after the dog attacked. it happened just after 4:30 on the 7800 block of saybrook avenue. the dog bit a police officer but it's unclear if it was the injured officer that fired the shot. the officer was taken to the hospital for treat and also not known if the dog survived. police in maple shade are investigating a shooting in the parking lot of a bowling alley that left a man injured. it happened just before noon at the laurel lanes bowling alley on route 73, the victim was shot

a massive fire in delaware and neighbors and authorities have not discounted the possibility of foul play. >> the action cam was on the scene this morning as one of the burning buildings started to collapse. it was just past 2:00 a.m. when the 911 calls started coming in and fire crews found a four alarm fire that was first built in the late 1800s and the structures are located at a spot at the brandywine a state helicopter to call in to fine the precise location where the fire was coming from but the blaze quickly spread the fact that this is massive made the situation that much more difficult. >> these are large commercial structures, six in total five of which have been fully engulfed

and the heavy timbers dropped down to the lower levels. >> city officials said that a private developer purchased the buildings with the plan of converting them into apartment buildings. we spoke with people nearby that say quite frankly if they would be surprised if this was an accidental fire. i was surprised in how many locations there was fire. obviously it was ignite the in different places it seems to me. >> it took several hours to get this one under control and fire crews remain on it's scene for one more day putting out hot spots. reporting from wilmington walter perez, channel 6 "action news." this friday is veterans day and rutgers university camden honor the men and women that honor our country.

degrees. satellite 6 along with action radar showing along this cold front it's enhancing the rainfall and the low pressure is down to the south and moving off the coast and deepen and strengthen so what that will do is bring us breezy conditions overnight. you see how western pennsylvania the skies are beginning to clear out. this evening some rain and then overnight the winds will kick out past midnight. overnight low 41 in philadelphia. 34 in allentown and 38 in wilmington and cape may 43 degrees. by 8:00 still showers hanging right along the coast and then the clouds will clear out from the northwest to the southeast. so by midnight. clear skies to the northwest and tomorrow we will see a good amounts of filtered sunshine, some high, thin clouds and on the breezy side and seasonable. brighter than today. 7:00, 42. 1:00, 57 and 6:00, 52 degrees.
