in bucks county dozens of police officers a swat team and medics surrounded a home for hours in the home an armed man who refused to come out and fired shots at police and sparked evacuation and dramatic measures to get him out of the home, i'm walter perez and a peaceful ending in bucks county and the standoff lasted all afternoon and well in the evening before a swat team took action and jeannette reyes has the store refrom the scene. >> about noon time we saw cops down the street and all the sudden this. >> reporter: neighbors along hullville and west gillam spend hours on the road watching police and swat as they responded to a barricade situation down the street. >> i got really scared and ran over to cindy and i thought there was a bomb scare because i saw the big trucks pulling in. >> reporter: middletown township
