only michigan remains undecided tonight. anti-trump protests continued for a sixth straight night. dozens of people marched prompting police to close down busy streets. portland and silver spring maryland students left class by the thousands. the teenager said they were protesting the president elect's comments by minorities and the affect he will have on their community. members of the school district came together to talk about serious problems at council rock north high school where racist and homophobic graffiti was discovered. christy, what happened there tonight? >> a lot of candid conversations between parents and school leaders. some say this is a good start but not a finite solution. >> i was encouraged. >> were you satisfied at all with anything talked about?

>> the school board seems to want to hear from everybody and they are genuinely concerned. there needs to be action upon that and action communicated. >> concerns linger for some parents after the meeting tonight that media was not allowed to attend. this graffiti by a student is an example of harassment that surfaced after the presidential election. >> i'm embarrassed to be living in this school district. >> it's not just because someone got elected president that this is happening. apparently it was happening before. >> in september a student snapped this picture o of a student draped in the confederate banner. >> we are invested and we'll address it, tackle it. >> the student received positive feedback from student assemblies. the district plans to have
