dozens of people gathered in center city this morning to voice their opposition to the dakota pipeline. theyber outside of the municipal building on jfk boulevard hoping to get the attention of the army corps of engineers. they recently issued a permit but yesterday ordered a study. the tribe says that the pipeline threatens drivening water and cultural sights. the company building the pipeline is asking a federal court for permission to continue their work. today's demonstration in our area is one of many planned across the country and the

maneuver from there and having to be towed in. we are waiting for word if anyone was injured. again the hard landing in westchester this afternoon. we have brand new video into "action news," philadelphia police are looking for two men dressed as women who gunned down a man and injure aid teenager inside of a restaurant inside of north philadelphia. the shooting happened on october 22nd at burger lane at north 22nd street. surveillance video shows the men in head coverings blasting inside what looks like a window. the two perpetrators fled in a metallic dark green car. philadelphia's public school students may see a significant change in their schedule coming up and the chief academic support officer is introducing a

luckily when the bullets started to fly none were hit. but two men were. those evidence markers are shell ka casing. i am toldly roughly 12 shots fired a 25-year-old shot in the back. i spoke with the chief investigators here it does not look good for the 25-year-old he is in bad shape right now at temple university hospital and a 58-year-old male was shot twice in the stomach. he is listed in critical condition. now, at this point no word on why the shots were fired here and what the motive was for why this happened we got here to the scene two people shot a 25-year-old man and 58-year-old male. we'll gather more detarls now reporting live in north philadelphia, bob brooks, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. we are also fol
