officers were called to the bourbon street when they arrived they found ten shooting victims. two of the victims were women. one of the men who was wounded is one of two men police have arrested on firearms charges. police are looking for a person who seriously wounded a man in a home invasion in chalfonte yesterday day. the happened at the gray friars apartment. there is no word why he was targeted. anyone with information is asked to call new britain township police. one man is dead after a barricade and standoff situation in roxborough, philadelphia. officers say a heavily armed man fired shots from his home along river road. we were told he fired shots at officers responding to the

scene. police sealed off the area which included two den homes. >> it was something -- dozen homes. >> it was like something out of a tv show. everybody was evacuated. we were told to shelter in place. >> police shut down the septa regional rail line and walking and bike trail. after several hours when they could not contact the armed man, they sent in a robot and found he had taken his life. they recovered a sizable number of guns from his home. hang today, a funeral and memorial service will be held for a young father shot and killed friday outside the hamilton mall. 29-year-old was shot and killed. his orderly brother was injured. police are searching for the attackers. cottman was a 2013 graduate from atlantic city high school and standout wide receiver on the football team. hillary clinton's campaign has joined the effort to push

for a recount in one state. wisconsin is moving forward with the first-ever presidential recount. the green party is fighting for vote recount in pennsylvania and michigan. president-elect donald trump is condemning the effort calling it a scam. clinton is 2 million votes ahead in the nationwide popular vote. the electoral college vote that determines the outcome of the election. consumers let their fingers do the buying even before stores open. nearly $3.5 billion was spent online on friday alone. that was a whopping 21% increase from black friday a year ago. adobe said shoppers used their mobile devices to find the online deals. the mall of america in minnesota had its busiest single day in sales in years. >> the shopping frenzy

continued this weekend, saturday was dedicated to the neighborhood mom and pop stores for small business saturday. the action cam in main street music in manayunk when mayor kenny stopped to browse the records. many stores offered special deals and shops throughout the delaware valley they took advantage of it. the weather was perfect for people taking advantage of small business saturday in ambler, montgomery county. one of the big bargains was on holiday decorations at the holiday shopping village. the host of unique shops in doylestown bucks county drew plenty of shoppers yesterday. we caught people on state street looking for the one of a kind items at local stores. >> if you had a ticket for the 421 million-dollar powerball drawing there was good news and bad news.

>> this morning several people in indiana are recovering after a car crashed into a restaurant there. this happened between lunch and dinnertime. two women were in the car at the time of the incident. the restaurant was not busy when the crash happened. the cause of the crash is being investigated. the army corps of engineers ordered pipeline protesters to leave land in north dakota. hundreds have been camped out for weeks to protest the dakota access pipeline. protesters say it threatens the environment and destroy native american cultural sites. time for accuweather. we could see rain this week. >> reporter: we could and we

monday we start out with sunshine. here's the change you'll start to see clouds roll in in the afternoonle we'll transition to partly sunny skies and partly cloudy at 6:00, after the sun is down. the next change comes tuesday, we'll see sprinkles early in the morning. there will be another slug coming in wednesday that might not end until thursday. by the end of it we'll get a fair amount of rain. the other thing about the rainy days tuesday and wednesday. look at the milder air to the west in places like wichita and dallas. that milder air will be drawn into the region. it is rainy, but the temperatures recover nicely, we're looking at a couple of days up in the mid 60s. here we go with the 7 day. 52 degrees, chilly and breezy. tomorrow, sun and gathering

news." >> the time 9:30 a.m., the death of cuban leader fedel castro has created strong, but opposite 90 miles a part. in little havana there was celebration by cuban americans. across cuba itself, young and old there were candles of dozens of vigils for their beloved leader. one person who is mourning castro's death is elian gonzaelez back in 1999 he was at the center of the an international custody battle. he was rescued off the coast of florida while his mother escaped communist cuba. his father who stayed in cuba won custody. it was seen as a victory

block of north dewy street at 2:00 a.m. they found smoke coming from the first and second floors. crews had the fire under control in 15 minutes. so far no word on what caused the fire. police in delaware say they need your help right now solving the mysterious death of a woman this weekend. new castle county police say the woman was found lying on the side of the road on the unit block of short hill road in wilmington late friday night. a neighbor made the discovery and called police. officers have not identified the victim. an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death. if you have not check your phone or e-mail get ready, cyber monday deals are coming your way. online offers have been rolling in, amazon plans to roll out 75,000 deals. they will continue throughout the week on a variety of products, toys, electronics and video games and books. it's beginning to look a

hammered by heavy rain this weekend. it caused traffic jams and airport delays in the state. yesterday two inches of rain fell on the airport. that's five percent of the normal amount for a whole year. several streets in portland were closed because of floodwaters. >> we'll be getting rain, soon. >> reporter: we will, we're in a border line drought condition, no mandatory he radio instructions, but -- mandatory restrictions, but we could cruise more water in the automatic -- acquifer. we have plenty of sunshine over the ben franklin bridge, northeast philadelphia in the distance. 43 degrees in philadelphia. 44 in wilmington.

43 in allentown. 40 in trenton. 43 in millville and 45 in cape may. there's a bit off breeze coming in from the west, at times popping into the teens. you will want to dress in a jacket a couple of layers as you head out. cloud cover wants to make a run at us earlier, now that's evaporated. i think you'll need sunglasses for most of the afternoon and some of the clouds might try to swing down and most of the them will be trapped on the other side of the mountains today. in the lehigh valley, sun, breezy, winds climbing into the mid teens. mostly sunny and chilly at the shore. high of 5 #. ocean temperature of 48 degrees. in case you're among those who want to go out in the wet suit and do some exploring. there are diving cubs, -- clubs, it's chilly in the water. winds out of the west northwest 8 to 16 miles per hour.

at times there could clouds that pop up, but generally speaking it's bright. overnight tonight it's cold, the winds die down, we have stars with patchy clouds. 34 is the low in philadelphia. i could see the outlying suburbs getting into the upper 20s, that mens when you -- means when you get up tomorrow morning and get your day going you'll want a winter coat. tuesday the next change in the morning, sprinkles by late morning and midday you're looking at rain on and off throughout the area. some of it light, every now and then a little bit steadier. this continues through the day into tuesday evening. wednesday you'll see slugs of rain coming through, as well. it might not be over until thursday morning. up until wednesday around midday, this is what you'll have. over an inch of rain across the region, maybe a little bit less down south.

their stuff. and there they go, the action cam was in pennsauken, camden county yesterday for the annual holiday parade. in addition to the mummer there were plenty of high school bands that performed for the crowd. families lined west field avenue to take part in all the fun and mrs. claus was there to greet all the kids. a sea of police officers led the way for the annual jaycees christmas parade in wilmington, delaware. is that me dancing right there? >> looking good.
