fire that broke out. this is the beam lummer company. it broke out at 6:30 and took firefighters quite a while to get under control. the flames were so stubborn they threatened a nearby barn with horses. >> firefighters in philadelphia are trying to figure out why two cars caught fire inside an impound lot outside of richmond street. firefighters doused the fire and no injuries have been reported. breaking news from bucks county route 213 in language horn have been reopened but they were shut down because of a serious crash that happened just before 9:00 tonight. a man was trying to change his tire and was hit by an on coming car. he was rushed to the hospital. no word yet on the extent to his

injuries. >> this afternoon a fire started in nearby voorhees when officers started chasing a vehicle on route 73. the suspect crashed into several cars and was taken into custody. route 73 was shut down several hours while investigators pieced together what happened. >> election officials in wisconsin are set to meet tomorrow to discuss a possible recount of the state election. donald trump claims millions voted illegally without offering evidence. jeanette has details. >> walter, the recount could begin early as thursday. officials are meeting tomorrow to approve the timeline. this comes after millions of dollars were raised by the green party to get the effort going. it's prompted a twitter back blash from donald trump who called it sad. >> we must accept the results

and look to the future. >> it was weeks ago that hilary clinton gave her concession speech to donald trump. now clinton and her team announced they are entering the fray of an election recount in wisconsin. this prompted a try raid from president elect donald trump in a tweet already making headlines. he said in addition to winning the electoral college in a landslide, i won the popular vote if you deduct the millions that voted illegally. supporters got behind trump and piled on the criticism and claims of hypocrisy. >> this is "a" fundraising driven fraud by a person that won 33,000 votes. >> they are trying to move on and form a government. it's time hillary and her supporters do the same. >> the recount was launched by
