reward, the mayor's office is offering $10,000 for information leading to arrest and conviction and the fop $15,000 just for an arrest. >> you bring him in today and are you paid today and lets give this family closure. >> and they believe he was behind the wheel of this car captured on surveillance video, the driver going southbound on 63rd when he hit the child at landsdowne, the vehicle appears to be a silver nissan ultima, likely with damage to the front grill and headlight, finding the car and driver is a top priority for police. this is priority number one. i don't know how this person, how they are living with themselves. i wake up at 3:00 in the morning and wondering what we missed in this case. >> i can see the toll it takes on them.

>> they are getting assistance from septa police and departments in adjacent communities and gianna's family is pledging to contribute to this reward fund and it could be larger. this is a case they want to see solved. i'm sara bloomquist, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. police have captured a man wanted for sexually assaulting a woman in buck county. investigators say that 21-year-old derek anderson is homeless and found in an abandoned vehicle in philadelphia. anderson is accused of breaking into a home in bensalem on saturday and attacks a woman inside. police say that this anderson on surveillance video from a nearby gas station just minutes after the incident. anderson faces burglary and indecent assault charges. philadelphia police are trying to fine the person that gunned down a boy in may fair in philadelphia.

bus in center city philadelphia. 64-year-old lydia of cherry hill was struck after 5:00 last night at 23rd and chestnut. police say she was in a crosswalk pushing her -month-old grandson in a stroller and the infant was not hurt and police have not been able to interview the 32-year-old driver. it was built in 1792 so the state house in new jersey is the second oldest continually used state house in the country and parts of it are in danger of collapse. that is why governor chris christie announced a 300 million there's facelift for the historic building and that will begin immediately and talked about his plans for next year. new jersey correspondent, nora muchanic, has the story. >> governor christie called conditions at the 224-year-old state house in trenton shameful and embarrassing and work will start immediately on a four year project to modernize and fix the

bus was also taken to the hospital for treatment. in newcastle a woman was briefly trapped when her car overturned. the happened happened on route 13 north to route 35 north and first responders were able to get the driver out and she was taken to christiana hospital for treatment. philadelphia police are searching for a pair of vandals, one who appeared to be sipping wine during the crime. and on this giving tuesday philadelphia students are getting a lesson on what the holiday season is suppose to be about. the one two punch of rain is tapering off but tracking more rain tomorrow. details on the timing in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. the eagles log their first ever home loss of the season. jaime apody with reaction when "action news" continues tonight.

the red cross is assisting five adults and six children. a number of philadelphia schools received a boost. checks totalling nearly $15,000 to support programs that the schools say they are in desperate need of. the money comes from his council salary that he donates each year. today is giving tuesday a day to remain everything what is really important for this period between thanksgiving and christmas. and after four years it's really catching on. katherine scott profiles one example of giving tuesday. >> it's no easy feat to raise thousands of shoes but the students at queen mary school are trying. >> we ask everyone in the our
