thing we noticed during the overnight computer run there's more moisture with the system than previously thought. we'll see the clouds increase southwest to northeast. some of this gets in here after midnight tonight. mostly in the form of rain, as you get north of the pennsylvania turnpike, all of a sudden we could see light snow with the system. i'm going to talk about that in ten minutes. in the meantime, 1:00 p.m., 47. combination of sun and clouds, 3:00 p.m., 49. 5:00 p.m., 46, partly sunny, high of 49. gray. >> chris, thank you for the update. if you're just waking up with us, new information for you this morning. a man driving a car going the wrong way on i-95 crashed head on into another car. the action cam at that scene, i-95 near route 476 in ridley township delaware county. the suspect's car was heading south in the northbound lanes at

11:30 p.m. when it smashed into the other car. the suspect jumped out of the car and ran into a wooded area. officers used k-9 units and thermal imaging cameras. they did not find that person. there's no word on the condition of the innocent driver involved in the accident. cranes and dumpster trucks are coming in to help at a warehouse in california. so far we know nine people died in the fire. this morning we're learning about the building where the tragedy unfolded. abc's lauren lister has the story. crews working through the night trying to recover bodies from the wreckage of this horrific friday night warehouse party fire. the risk of collapse slowing down efforts, but overnight police delivering good news. >> we have been able to put

professional -- thorough and professional investigation these families deserve. >> reporter: records show a slew of blight about the buildings. recovering the bodies will be a slow process. that will go into monday, at least. lauren lister, abc news, oakland. in a big reversal, the green party said it will seek a recount in philadelphia. tomorrow the party is taking that fight to federal court. just yesterday, jill stein's campaign said it dropped the recount effort in pennsylvania, but an official with the former president's campaign said it will seek a order because without the order they cannot pay for the process. they want to know if voting machines and systems in pennsylvania were hacked to

alter the final tally. donald trump won pennsylvania by less than 100,000 votes. police are looking for a person who shot a man in the stomach inside a montgomery county home. the action cam at the scene the 1200 block of dekalb pike in norristown. the shooter ran from the home and remains on the run. the victim was critically injured and flown to penn presbyterian hospital. police have not said what led to the shooting. back here a stranger and scary sight played out in center city. no, this is not snow, it's flame retardant foam covering the street outside a peco substation. bob brooks spoke with the people amazed by the sight. >> i saw in our backyard this invasion of the foam monster. >> reporter: from neighbor's balconies, it looked like snow. a board chopper 6 hd we could

see it was spewing out of the substation doors and into juniper street. someplaces the foam would reach 6 to 7 feet tall. it started with an explosion. >> there's a fire alarm going on. i didn't go anything of it. i was chilling in my bed and i heard a huge explosion. >> then all of a sudden what looked like giant soap bubbles came down in front of our house. >> another person caught the schoation on his phone. the phone system was triggered to prevent further damage from inside. the foam filled the entire peco substation. >> there were two holes on the side of the building, it was spewing out. in all 2700 customer also in the area would lose power, but it's been restored. no word from peco why it
