buildings have been damaged or destroyed in these wild fires. the two unidentified juveniles are charged with aggravate the arson. just in from philadelphia police this is the 19-year-old now charged with murdering a may fair teenager. sameer price turned himself into police yesterday afternoon. he is accused of shooting and killing 14-year-old ian willsy on december 28th. he was shot on devereux avenue while walking to the corner store with a friend and is facing robbery and gun charges. come den county is beefing up the 911 system made to save time when every second counts. john rawlins is live in lincolnwald to explain the

features of this. >> reporter: you would voluntarily put your name and vehicles into a data base and add any medical or behavioral issues you think would be important in an emergency. in return if you called the 911 center here in camden county, all of that data comes up on a screen for the operator to use. called smart 911 it is billed as a new tool to help 911 operators and dispatchers and first responders save lives. it starts with you having to do something. go online. in this case to the camden county website in opening the smart 911 site and setting up a personal profile. you implement a name and email address and john young set up his profile last night and can contain critical data from how many people live in your house and the cars you drive to the numbers of pets and existing medical conditions so money responders have information and can speed up their work.

meantime police in upper merion township are asking for help in identifying a man that robbed a customer at a wells fargo bank atm. this video was released by police, this happened 8:00 monday night and the suspect approached the customer from behind while displaying a handgun and drove off in an older model white ford fusion or similar vehicle. the wells fargo in king of prussia. nobody was injured during the incident. across the country people around the world paused to remember the attack on pearl harbor 75 years ago today. thousands gathered in the very place the attack happened. honoring the 2300 service men and women that died. and some remaining survivors, they all bowed their heads at 7:55 this morning the moment that japanese planes began their
