someone saw him on the tracks and was able to pull him to safety minutes before a train came. police said drug paraphernalia was found on mr. wood. he admitted to taking drugs, but it's his conversation with the suspect that had everybody talking. when they were in court, he apologized. >> geez. that's nice, i suppose, after everything that happened, but had he not pushed wood on the tracks in the first place, wouldn't be there. >> had he not come at him with a syringe, never would have been a conflict. >> oli, the judge agrees with you, said what he did was wrong but he was incited to violence. he did not get jail time, but did get 170 hours of community service. >> nice. hug it out. sorry, mate. yeah, right. no hug for you.

which led doctors with no other option than an emergency c-section to deliver her baby boy august. >> they rushed me over and my beautiful baby boy was born. >> what are they going to do? >> imagine they'd want to start treatment as soon as possible and not want to subject the baby, the infant, to those types of chemicals, radiation, whatever. >> the biopsy came back and confirmed she had stage 4 bl blastoma, the most aggressive form of brain cancer. >> 5% chance of living more than 14 months, which was devastating. >> in spite of all of this, she and her husband here talk about how positivity has helped her deal with everything she's had to endure. >> it's not just for you, it's for the people that love you and need you. you fight for them and you fight for those moments. >> they set up a go fund me page, because she does have a chance, but the treatments are very expensive, and they have asked people to help with the goal of $130,000.
