investigators are on the ground in turkey after the top diplomat to that country was assassinated. the shooter was identified as a member of the local riot police squad and it's unlikely he acted alone. six people were detained for questioni questioning. for more people are facing charges for the water crisis in flint, michigan. all four former city officials are accused of keeping residents on the contaminated system for more than a year. the most serious charges carry penalty of 20 years in prison. the survivor of the holocaust gave an emotional speech to students in bustleton. david bucks spoke to the school in middleton as part of the holocaust survivor program. talking about being a survivor of auschwitz and showed

pictures. there were three separate assemblies with speakers at the school today. in health check tonight. the holidays can be stressful for anyone but for women dealing with breast cancer, the challenge can be even bigger, there is a local organization that tries to help in many ways. >> what happened at school? anything exciting? >> karen thought she was done with breast cancer, but last thanksgiving she was shocked to learn it was back. karen had no idea how to get through the holidays or keep the family finances afloat. >> we were still working on bills from my official diagnosis and treatments. they say that the holidays can be hard for women in treatment and even later in life. >> family as assume you'll be the same and what we hear a lot is that women are just not the same. >> because of karen's pain and intensive treatment she quickly adopted a new normal.

to get blood tests after their office was dangerously unclean. >> now to the latest on the developments on the deadly attack in berlin. it doesn't have information in the moment to back up the claim of responsiblity by isis and this attack bears the hallmarks of previous isis attacks. today investigators combed the berlin square where 12 people were killed and more than 50 people were injured when a tractor trailer rammed right into the crowd. a man authorities arrested yesterday at the scene was let go this afternoon after it was determined there was not enough evidence to keep him in custody. local residents and visitors gathered at the site of the attack for a candle light vigil many brought signs and cards and prayers for the victims. tacony, this is the scene along the 1600 block of gillespie street at 3:00 a.m. firefighters arrived and found heavy smoke and flames pouring from the second floor and everyone inside of the home got out safely. it's still not clear if anyone was hurt or how the fire started. a man armed with a knife targeted a popular center city dunkin' donuts this afternoon and police hope that the video helps to catch him. it happened on chestnut street before 6:00 p.m., the man walked in and pulled out a knife and demanding money. the thief walked out no one was hurt. >> detectives are looking for the thief that busted into aaron's rental center along the 300 block of west cheltenham avenue. the suspect used a rock to smash the front window, once inside the man took two flat screen tvs and ran off. if you know anything about this burglary philadelphia police

would like to hear from you. a pickup truck driver remains in critical condition at the hospital following a crash that killed a tractor trailer driver along the new jersey turnpike. chopper 6 hd was over the scene northbound in west hamilton, burlington county last night. authorities tell "action news" the big rig driver got out of his truck to inspect a problem and that is when the pickup reportedly struck him in the back of the vehicle and then the back of the tractor trailer. the tractor trailer driver is identified as 28-year-old lawrence shants of elkton, maryland. to berks county the state department of health is warning 1,000 former patients of a burn township dentist to get tested for hepatitis and hiv after instruments were found that they were not properly cleaned or sterilized this happened from last december to object. health officials shut the office down and contacted patients that

"action news" delaware valley's leading news program. with ducis rogers, meteorologist, cecily tynan, and jim gardner. tuesday night a solar farm is installed at a new jersey military base and fire damages neighboring homes in delaware. but the big story on "action news" tonight is the search for the terrorist truck driver in germany. as they haul the truck away from the scene of last night's deadly rampage. word came from german authorities that police released the initial suspect because there was insufficient evidence

to hold him. that means the driver is on the loose somewhere and there is a massive drag net to track him down. 12 people were killed when a truck plowed into the popular market in berlin and authorities have determine that the original driver, was assaulted. he was from poland, and was assaulted and killed by one or more hijackers and the dead passenger in the front seat was in fact the polish driver. there is a big christmas market just outside of city hall in philadelphia. that is where walter perez is live tonight. walter are city officials here increasing security given what happened in berlin? >> reporter: they are jim. you know the security presence at city hall is strong but city officials are clear that no specific threats against philadelphia have been reported. >> added security measures are now in place around the
