a powerful explosion ripped through a fireworks market in mexico city yesterday. some 50 people are still hospitalized. prosecutors say that the death toll could rise as well with at least a dozen people still missing, the third explosion to ravage the market since 2005 this happened just before christmas and the new year and they are vowing to contained out who is responsible. and robert durst is due in court for a hearing on documents seized in the murder case against him. is he accused of killing susan berman. and was arrested on murder charges in 1015 a day before the final episode of the hbo documentary focused on the 1982 disappearance of his first wife. and getting pulled of by police can be stressful.

cecily tynan, rick williams and monica malpass. new jersey state police have join the the search for a marine veteran that disappeared nearly three weeks ago. tonight both officials and his family are trying to figure out if foul play was involved. it's wednesday night and monica is off and sharrie williams is joining us and the big story on "action news" is the disappearance into lance james. >> james who suffers from ptsd was last seen at a bar on december 2nd. walter spoke to his loved ones today. >> reporter: hey guys, you know those loved ones are reaching out to anyone that may have information about lance a young man who seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth. >> it was nearly three weeks ago when lance james was last seen, the 29-year-old got into a fight in clementon and got kicks out
