cecily tynan has a check of the accuweather forecast for the first day of winter. not necessarily feeling like this. >> it made to a high of 45 degrees, despite all the cloud cover live on sky 6 hd looking at our temple university camera toward city hall and lots of clouds upstairs with the cloud cover overnight temperatures will not be that cold. they are like an atmospheric blanket. wilmington and trend 40 and atlantic city airport 37 and beach haven 39. satellite 6 along with action radar showing if you got up early you saw sunshine and the clouds are rolling in through the course of the day. and it's clouds will be hanging tough overnight and if you look here you can see a few flurries beginning to move toward the northern lehigh valley and the poconos. ahead of a cold front it should come up dry. lots of clouds and not that cold for late december standards. 30 in philadelphia and allentown

attack as the city begins the difficult process of healing from the tragedy. and a thief makes a startling announcements when he walked into a local at&t store and now police need your help catching him and investigating in the future education children and families living in a west philadelphia neighborhood. and now the details, we are learning more about the suspect in a deadly attack in berlin. his name is anis emre. and abc's marcy gonzales is following the developments from new york city. >> reporter: sharrie even before the attack that suspect was already considered a threat by several security agencies and tonight he is on the run considered armed and dangerous. german police desperately
