the missing last july. today official word that a body found in the woods of luzerne county on october 31st was hers. "action news" reporter john rawlins is live in doylestown. many more questions than answers. >> reporter: they have a lot of information but need more. and there is a sense of urgency from the public today. her bail was reduced to $10 those and some think if she gets out of jail she could become difficult to locate. grace packer was reported a possible run away last july, her adoptive mother, sara, told police the teen took 300 there's and fled the house in abington and today it was disclose that grace's dismembered body was

found in rural luzerne county. mother sara is charged with obstruction and giving misleading information. without notifying police she moved to a house near quakertown. >> when someone goes missing we expect people are going to work with us to try to identify that person. to try to identify where she is. that didn't happen. >> while no one has been charged in grace's killing, authorities made it clear they continue to have questions for her mother sara packer. >> and we consider her a person of interest in the homicide investigation. >> on the abington street where the packers lived for about a year, neighbors say they rarely socialized. >> we didn't know them well they were in pretty quick and the kids were younger and not really my age. so i didn't really talk to them too much. >> authorities are asking for the public's help looking for

information about mother and daughter. particularly in those days before the daughter went missing. >> anyone with information is asked to call bucks county detectives and authorities hope that someone will remember something about the two women at some point in time here. da steele says no matter how insignificant it may seem it could be a link to solving grace's murder. >> thank you john. an suv ended up under a tractor trailer in an accidents in camden county and it happened just after 12:00 on the southbound i-76 ramp to i-295, the ramp has just been reopened and was closed much of the afternoon. the driver of the suv is take and to cooper medical hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. a 34-year-old woman was shot a home on river avenue near state street last night in camden and died just after

getting to the hospital. we are live at camden county police. jeff, what are the details here? >> reporter: jim, the woman's children were in fact home at the time and as if witnessing that was not enough we learn that a 27-year-old man was murdered in the same home just last month. with the killer on the loose police were out searching for clues door-to-door, at the village that saw their share of vie lengths lately. >> there are innocent children out here. the killing needs to stop. >> a 34-year-old woman shot in the head in her apartment and her children were at home. and this neighbor says that police lights caught her attention. >> i saw them taking a stretcher to the ambulance and there was a lot of cops and stuff here. >> the same unwhy it a 27-year-old man was stabbed last month and later died.

the killer of diane's son sean johnson is still out there. he was gunned down at the same housing complex. >> we should be celebrating christmas and instead we are planning a funeral, it's not right. it's not fair. >> camden's homicide rate is up 29% from last year and nearly half of the cases remain unsolved because in large part witnesses don't talk to detectives. peters begs for the public to help. >> people need to speak up they will continue to do it and someone needs to come forward and say something. >> reporter: investigators are not saying what the relationship is between the man who was killed in the apartment last month and the children, at this point the police have not identified the suspect or named a victim.

word today philadelphia is getting money to address concerns about led. state senator vincent hughs announced a $500,000 grant in overbrook today the funds goes towards led remediation and training, hughs plans to reintroduce legislation to create a $250 million fund to address led concerns in communities across the commonwealth. okay we are less than two and a half hours from kickoff tonight and the eagles are hosting the new york giants on thursday night football and the early tailgaters are setting up shop. showing no rain out there tonight. we have dry conditions and it's definitely on the breezy side. we are live with sky 6 hd taking a look at the rothman ice rink at dillworth park and they finished cleaning it up and the zamboni moved on. you will want to bundle up tonight. today was so degrees above normal and factor in the winds it feels like 37 in philadelphia and the same in trenton and 36 in atlantic city and 33 in wilmington and 35 in reading. satellite 6 along with action radar showing we are had a fair amount of sunshine and a cloud deck moving through now and that is eroding during is the overnight hours and partly cloudy skies and temperatures a little cooler than last night. 30 in philadelphia and allentown 27 and wilmington 28 and cape may 33 degrees. friday looking fantastic if you have last minute shopping to do and traveling and high pressure

is to the south and that means lots of sunshine to start the day. and we see clouds streaming in late in the afternoon and temperatures cooler than today. 46 degrees and still that is about 3 degrees above normal. and pretty mild for late december, heading into saturday we get a weak disturbance pulling in and that brings us morning rain and temperatures still not that cold and 48 degrees, if you want to see any snow the best chance to will he in the poconos in the wee hours of the morning. around 4:00 ben the moisture begins to stream in, could have snow showers or a little bit of freezing rain in the poconos, but even in the poconos by 7:30, this is mainly a rain event that fills in across south jersey and delaware around lunch time. it's not an all day soaker but 4:00 the clouds are breaking for sunshine and overnight it clears out for santa and sunday christmas morning, 9:00 in the morning, loads of sunshine so it will not be a white christmas.

and actually i asked my facebook viewers when was the last time we had a white christmas in philadelphia. it was seven years ago, 2009 there were 8 inches on the ground, it didn't actually snow on christmas eve or christmas day but left over from the snow on the 19th, we got close to 12 feet of snow. but we are tracking rain and not snow. tomorrow a nice day and good amount of sunshine and late day clouds and a high of 46 degrees and saturday morning rain and moving out in the afternoon. so dry for the start of hanukkah, and dry for santa, 48 degrees and the sunshine is back in full force on christmas and mostly sunny and nice and 48 degrees. heading into next week, increasing clouds on monday and 50 degrees for the start of kwanzaa, a few showers monday night into tuesday morning, a weak system a big deal on tuesday is the temperature, look at this, 55 degrees that is 13
