avocado. >> but see why her response to the clever prank is perfectly ripe. >> do you like it? things aren't always what they seem. in china here, you see a little boy running through traffic. >> no. >> we've seen so many snatching videos from this part of the world, where people try to kidnap the kids. >> he's not running from anymore. he's running after someone. as the camera angle switches, you see him running up to this car. he's pulling on the door handle. the car keeps going. mom didn't realize that he'd gotten out of the car. his mother had just dropped off his grandfather. she got back in the car and started taking off. that's when he starts chasing after her. >> none of the other cars pulled up next to her, flagged her down, said, um, your child? >> apparently the other cars were honking, but she thought they were honking at someone else and just kept moving. you see he's still running down the side of the road. >> how old is this kid?
2:32 pm
>> he's about 7 years old. he ended up chasing after the car for about 1.2 miles. >> come on! >> could you imagine the fear in his little heart? >> that moment when mom turns around to give him a bit of a lecture and she's like -- kevin! kevin! >> he never quite caught up, but the mother and son were reunited at the police station. >> hey, mom, remember when you left me at the train station? oh, i can't have ice cream. remember when you left me at the train station? >> there's going to be some trust issues for a while. it's amazing nobody got hurt in this next video. it also takes place in china. >> where the heck did that person come from? with a child. >> is he holding a baby? please tell me that's a doll. >> no, he's holding the baby. the man runs across the street and right into that car. now, initially the driver thought that perhaps he was trying to pull an insurance scam. reports are that this man and his wife had gotten into an

altercation. he dashed out into traffic and hit the car. >> like an idiot with the baby. endangering the baby. what did the baby have to do with it? >> when he made impact with the driver, he immediately asked the driver to delete the footage. the driver declined. thankfully the baby was injured. police say they have educated the man on why this is not a good idea. most of us would avoid rough seas, but if you're a professional big wave surfer, it's exactly what you're looking for. doesn't mean it can't cause you a lot of trouble. that's what's happening in this video from portugal. you can see right here floating around in all that white water, that is francisco. what he's trying to do right now is rescue that jet ski. you can see how it's got caught into the super rough water. the waves that day, they were 40 feet high. francisco was out there surfing, got basically massively wiped out and almost injured and decided he was going to start running safety operations. got on the jet ski, ended up having to rescue this man, who
2:34 pm
was almost knock unconscious. once they got on the jet ski, another wave came through, wiped them off the jet ski. now you see this situation. >> i would say don't worry about the jet ski. it's just a piece of equipment. you could get killed here. >> you can tell he's pretty comfortable in the water. that kind of white water just terrifies me. it looks like he's pretty much got a good handle on it. the jet ski gets off on these rocks right there and makes its way closer. >> he's in a bad position. >> just jump on it. >> i think he was listening because he had jumped on it but only has mere seconds to prepare when this one comes in. just huge. picks everything up, including him and the jet ski. flows under that sort of inlet there. i think that's what ended up helping. you see the jet ski ends up basically being caught under that rock. now, they both had minor injuries. it was all settled with a quick trip to the hospital. they do say the jet ski was rescued mere minutes after the end of this video. a risky situation for everybody involved. let's remember, these are pros.

can buy them. you can also donate freely. this next one, just cute as a button. >> a bat? >> that is a bat. this flying fox, her name is miss magnolia. she's sucking on the nipple of a bottle. they're using that as a pacifier. she and her siblings were orphans. so this gives them a sense of security by sucking on this pacifier, like a kid would. you guys, we have been doing it wrong for centuries. we have been beating mother nature to our will. we've been chopping down trees and reforming it. let's switch our minds a little bit and work with her. this is a project called full grown, created by gavin monroe. when gavin was a kid, he saw a bonsai tree and thought, wow, look, it almost looks like it's a chair. for years, he had a pretty cool idea to employ mother nature as his top employee, top crafter.

2:38 pm
they've gone to kick starter to start a campaign, asking for money. basically at this point to simply pay people, to pay salaries of the folks that are there that have seen this project come such a long way. now they're ready to harvest. >> oh, my god. i'm in love. >> incredible. they started this idea in a potted plant. now they've expanded to fields of different plants. it really is quite a tremendous thought that a young boy had and now years later it's coming to fruition. >> the real big picture beauty of this is that this process can be replicated anywhere in the world trees can grow. a couple is pulled over by police. >> i don't think he's been totally honest with you. >> now she's probably thinking this whole time she's been dating a con artist. >> find out the crazy twist behind this traffic stop.
