of turkey where a gunman dresse in a santa claus costume and opened fire on people celebrating the new year. 35 people were killed and 40 injured. the club which sits on the sea was filled with 500 people at the time. some of the club goers jumped into the water to escape. the gunman remains on the loose. >> looking at the new year's eve celebration at time square security measures are unprecedented. 7,000 armed police officers are on patrol including those on rooftops, video feeds are watched as well keeping an eye on everyone coming and goij and tonight 2 million people are there. >> in philadelphia, people are getting ready to ring in the new year. this evening haseeceacross the . action reporter jeanette reyes

ended with an elderly man and woman killed. it happened on the 200 block in broomall. the vehicle stopped. both were pronounced dead at the scene. no word if the driver will face charges. >> police in philadelphia are investigating the abduction and rape of a delivery driver in germantown. police say a gunman forced his way into a delivery truck of a woman who delivers for the country. he forced her to go to another location where he raped her. >> much more to come, donald trump talked about cyber security. what he said coming up. >> folks around the world are already into 2017. >> plus the eagles get set for their final game of the season,
