dragging me on the grown and punching me in the face. >> there was no need for all of that, she used too much aggression for a kid. douglas witnessed the investigation he found it confusioning because he thought that pendleton was trying to pleader case back ago way. and she said don't touch me, don't touch me. and she was on her on the ground and started purging her. >> she was purging me and choking me at the same time. >> pendleton refused the officered commands but one investigators the teen appears to act in self-defense and now the officer's tactics are under revi review. >> before they hit the ground there could have been something done differently, it's not an illegal thing as much as a tactical thing but a decision that gets made in a split

11:30 last night. police say that the gunmen opened fire on the homeowner and the home ener has a gun and fired back killing one of the suspects be the other ran off. the homeowner is expected to survive and police say he will likely not be charged. the legal ramifications of the hazing incident is resolved at conestoga high school. the incident that cost the coach his job. john rawlins is live now with the story. >> reporter: last march this school was rocked by the alligation that three senior football players had held down a freshman assaulting him and terrorizing him today there was a juvenile court hearing after a statement was put out the most serious charges not mentioned in the statement saying that the three admitted to a lesser charge, harassment a summary offense.

the three 17-year-old's had indecently assaulted a 13-year-old with a broom stick handle was alleged. >> that the victim was yelling and screaming but he did not have a friend in that locker room. >> but today the indecent assault allegations were not mentioned instead it explained what occurred in a different light that the 13-year-old refused to help the teens clean the locker room and one briefly poked him with a broom stick in the leg and the intent was to scare the victim and coerce him to cooperate with other team members and that the teammate was not hurt. he knows all four and felt that the upper class men were falsely accus accused. >> i like them, like their work ethic and the way they talk to the younger players. >> they think the upper class

claiming that the son she adopts was stolen and bought for a price. >> identity theft and kidnapping serious charges be prepared for a fight. >> the boy she adopted as a baby has no relation to klein. but klein established hundreds of pictures of lucka and their private lives online. >> the atlantic county prosecutor issued two felony warnings for klein's arrest but klein moved to arizona and klein stood before the judge was arrested in arizona in november and expedited to new jersey last week. >> she say non-violent individual and the judge set a cash bond and required to have no contact with the family. >> i'll be afraid forever. my son has to live forever knowing he has to watch for her.

normally a bridge is suppose to connect things. this is a story of a bridge destroying things as in a business in new jersey. nora muchanic explains. >> i lost all the traffic i had. my business is off about 60%. >> for 37 years john shed ran a pottery studio on route 518 in rocky hill north of princeton but after four decades he is closing his business the victim of an ongoing bridge repair down the road that cut the flow of customers to his store. >> i suffered through three floods and made that, it wasn't a problem but shut a bridge for 6 to 8 months that is too much. >> but the bridge closed for 6
