accu weather is tracking snow on the way. in fact some parts of the area are under a winter weather advisory at this hour. meteorologist melissa magee is live at the "action news" big board with our first check of the accu heather forecast, melissa. >> walter, we are tracking mixed precipitation across the region. we have light snowfall earlier in philadelphia and along i-95 corridor. light snow and flakes falling in allentown and poconos. we've got some rain across south jersey and also, into central delaware but there is an issue off to the west, out across chester county, berks, lancaster county. we will go in tighter on street level with storm track er six and you can notice milk precipitation there pottstown, reading, down to lancaster and coatsville and also, oxford, this will be an issue as we go throughout the rest of tonight as we track this weak system that is moving on through. it is encountering and fight ago lot of dry air. nonetheless winter weather advisory stays up just for chester county and lancaster counties until hid night. we could pick up a trace, to about a tenth of an inch of

on facebook for updates as well. well, police in philadelphia are searching for the gun man who shot and killed a tow truck driver. it happened last night, on 6600 block of hager man street this tacony. another man was also shot, several times in the middle of the violence. "action news" reporter bob brooks is live at northeast detectives with the very latest, bob? >> reporter: walter, good evening. this rick tim was also a father of two young boys, that he now leaves behind and new tonight, we have this crime all caught on security video, lets take a look. this is kyon brewster junior, pictured with his mom and two opposite. sadly, the boys will have to grow up without their father. twenty-eight year-old was tragically gunned down just outside his home in the 6600 block of hagerman streets in tacony last night. we spoke with his grieving tam ly earlier today. >> this is a good, young man. this is a young man who worked , wasn't in the street,

he was about understanding and his children. >> reporter: today we obtained surveillance videos of the crime hi is cruz. brewster worked as a tow truck driver who was getting picked up at 9:00 at night. he gets in. before he closes a door suspect walks up behind him and shoot both him and his co-worker. brewster was killed. the co-worker was shot multiple times and is in critical condition, again, we will let it play. you can see it all happens in just a matter of seconds. his tamly says that they just don't understand why this would happen. >> why go do that. he go to work, he come home. he is to the in the street. >> reporter: today on hagerman street we noticed quite a few real estate signs almost every neighbor we spoke with say things have gotten out of control and they are leaving. >> we're leaving the neighborhood that is what we're about to do. >> i have four grandchildren, so, i'm afraid to leave our kid out. i am looking to get out, in

o'clock on the 2200 block of lemont street. investigators say the victim ended up slamming his pickup truck into several is cars there and when police got to the scene, the truck was still running, and the victim was slumped over. he was rushed to christiana hospital where he died a short time later. so far no arrests have been made. police in chester have identified 24 year-old darnell colby as victim for last night 's deadly shooting at 9:00 o'clock outside after a home on the 3200 block of west third street. police say coaly was shot repeat thely and pronounced dead at the scene. police are searching for the gun man responsible. a person was killed during a nasty crash this afternoon in egg harbor township, atlantic county. police say the driver lost control and hit a tree at about 3:00 o'clock on the 300 block of zion road. after being freed from the wreckage the victim was rush to the hospital and pronounced dead. well, a search continues right now for a missing fisherman in ocean county. yesterday, searchers, found the boat belong to go christopher hutt in tuckerton paid near little egg harbor but the 45 year-old was no

hundreds of people lined streets to honor a fire fight er from burlington county sirens blasting members fire department hosted a impromptu parade for jason work, doctors diagnosed him with a brain cancer. officials tell us he was a very involved individual in the annual fourth of july parade and so they wanted to give back. fire fighter work has served roughly ten years with the department. a few lucky pets found a new home today during an adoption event right there in brewerytown. brewerytown section of the city. action cam on the scene here at fairmount at brewerytown apartments for the event hosted by the philadelphia animal welfare society. organization find homes for thousands of abandoned animals each and every year. medical students got some hands on experience today, as they broaden their skill set. today the philadelphia's college of osteopathic medicine hosted a surgical conference that featured

workshops that taught students specific surgical procedures. the students also used the life-like manikin to learn important trauma care skills. tractor trailers skills with thousands of girl scout cookies arrived in springfield delaware county this morning.
