cab still running on the 800 block of brooklyn street in west philadelphia around 2:00 a.m. a half-hour earlier, the driver with the philadelphia taxi cab company refused a ride to a difficult passenger, about two blocks away at 42nd and on street. the 56-year-old victim is undergoing shooting. a masked man with a shotgun mugged a woman in her parking garage. the victim was walking from her car on the third floor of the marine club condominiums on the 1100 block of south broad street. the criminal got away with the woman's purse and cell phone. thankfully the victim was not hurt. this morning the search continues for the person who shot two men working for the same philadelphia tow truck company, one of the men is fighting for his life in the hospital. his co-worker a loving father

died he was shot right in front of his home. "action news" reporter, bob brooks talked to the victim's family about the legacy he leaves hind. this is kion fister junior, he is picture with his mom and two sons. he was tragically gunned down outside his home in tacony last night. we spoke with his grieving family. >> this is a good young man. this is a young man who worked, he wasn't in the street. he was about his family and children. >> reporter: we obtained the surveillance video of the heinous crime it's quick. bruceer worked as a tow truck driver, before he closes the door, a suspect walks up behind him and shots him and his co-worker.bruster was killed.

on the 700 block of parker avenue in chester. police were called at 11:30 p.m. to reports of gunfire outside of ming restaurant. there's no word on their condition. philadelphia police say a road rage shooting put a man in the hospital, a bullet pierced the drivers side door in parkside last night. jeanette reyes has the details. >> reporter: a 25-year-old man is in the hospital after a road rage incident ended in gunfire. philadelphia police received a call of reports of a mantua a gun and male who was shot. officers responded to the 1700 block of north 53rd street where they found the victim with a gunshot wound to his hip. the victim's sedan you can see a single bullet hole on the drivers side door. the victim said it was the result of a road rage incident

when you think about the month of january how cold and snowy it could be. when you see this forecast it will put a smile on your face just like it put a smile on gray's face. we're looking live at mr. penn, a lot of cloud cover hanging tough this morning, but over the next couple of hours, the cloud cover will thin out nicely. we'll see sunshine today. double scan live, radars are clear, a complete 180 yesterday we were dealing with snow and wintry mix and rain across south jersey. 44 degrees is the high temperature we're shooting for today. a good four degrees above average. we're starting at 32 degrees which is above average. we're starting with a concern for the wet roads from the moisture and temperatures falling below freezing, black ice will develop. slow it down on the secondary roads, the bridges, overpasses, off-ramps things like that. everything could be slick. by 9:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., things
