difficult passenger two blocks away at 42nd and ogdon street. they are searching for a black vehicle scene leaving the shooting. the driver is in critical condition. philadelphia police are looking for a masked man who attacked a woman in her parking garage overnight. the woman was walking from the third floor of the parking garage of the marine club condominium. the man was armed with a shotgun when he mugged her. he got away with her purse and cell phone and ran off. the woman was not hurt. philadelphia police are looking at surveillance video that shows a moment a gunman walked up to two tow truck drivers and opened fire. one was killed and the other is in the hospital. who was gunned down outside his home on haggerman street in tacony last night. we spoke with his family. >> this was a good young man, a man who worked. he was not in the street. he was about his family, his children. >> reporter: we obtained the surveillance video of the crime it's quick. he worked as a tow truck driver getting picked up by a co-worker at 9:00 p.m. and gets in. before he closes the door the suspect walks up behind an shoots him and his co-worker, he was killed. the co-worker was shot multiple times and is in criminal -- critical condition. his family said they don't understand why this would happen. >> egg to -- he go to work, he come home. he not in the street.

the driver with the philadelphia taxi cab company refused to ride with a difficult passenger two blocks away. police are searching for a black vehicle that left the scene of the shooting. the survivor was taken to the hospital in critical condition. philadelphia police are looking for a masked man who attacked a woman in her parking garage overnight. the woman was walking from the car on the third floor of the marine club cond condominium. a man was armed with a shotgun when he mugged her. he got away with her purse and cell phone. the woman was not hurt. people in kensington have gone a full week with no gas or water after a huge sinkhole opened in the middle of the street. they may be getting relief today. bob brooks joins us from the 2300 block of east boston street. this relief cannot come soon

enough to the folks. >> reporter: no it cannot, crews are busy working this morning, after a week with no water or gas, the people out here as you recall deserve. you can see boston street shut down, you can't get through, crews have been out here early this morning, the sinkhole that opened up is almost filled up. we're hearing from officials good news coming today. the 2300 block of east boston street is closed, as you can see on this sunday morning work is being done as it should. for almost a week, 12 homes without water 6 without gas. the sinkhole swallowed up two cars last week. they are fixing the sewer and water main and gas lines that were busted. officials say when it first happened it would have taken a week to fix. >> it will take a weeks, but we'll work as fast as we can. if it can be less, we'll work to be less, but we have to do the job right and get it done
