arrest. police say a deadly shooting in german town may have started with abargument. it happened at sharon's little spot on boyer street. a uniformed security guard and the bar manager got into a verbal fight in the back room and the bar manager he says threatened him with a bottle and he shot him. the man later died at the hospital. breaking news out of washington, d.c., president obama has shortened the sentence of chelsea manning the army soldier convicted of leaking classified documents, he was found guilty of giving 7,050,00 documents to wick eleaks. she was six years into a 35 year sentence. manning's sentence is now set to expire on may 17th, she is one of more than 200 inmates whose

estranged wife will remain in jail. prosecutors say he slashed the throat of 35-year-old terra oshea at her home in commercial township on december 18th and did it reportedly in front of their 12-year-old son. and police say a man apparently high on cocaine rain into a school armed with a screw driver this morning, they say they chased rafael around outside before he made his way into the gym at the innovative arts school. he was yelling about guns but don't believe he meant any real harm. he was taken to the hospital to be checked out. a man in his 30s was shot in a business in the 700 block of south 52nd street in southwest philadelphia last night. and is in stable condition while take and to the hospital. authorities don't know if he bad intensely targeted. so far no suspects. two children escaped injury when the car they were riding in
