with any information is asked to contact detectives. reporting live there southwest philadelphia, christie ileto for channel six "action news". >> all right, thanks, christie a woman in west philadelphia answered a knock on her front door this morning to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound. it happen just before 7:00 a.m. along the 5100 block of hazel avenue. police say the 31 year-old man had been shot in the chest. he told the resident that a would hand shot him. the resident called the police who transported the victim to penn presbyterian hospital where he he remains tonight in critical condition. from our new jersey news room, police after rested two men linked to the deadly shooting of a man last night this burlington it thecy. just before 11:00 the victim, 30 year-older you can thomas, was hit by gunfire at east brought and liberty street. he was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. police say gun used in the shooting has been recovered but the suspect's name have not yet been release. an arrest has plan made in friday's attack of the transgendered woman near philadelphia it thecy hall. woman from out of town was assaulted as she was walking

"action news" reporter jeff chirico is live now at philadelphia international airport, with her story. jeff? report report sarah, we caught up with the victim just before she boarded a plane to head back to seattle. this just comes hours after police say that they arrested a 25 year-old homeless man, in the attack. >> it is just got the call, and i'm very happy. >> reporter: as she prepared to leave philadelphia rihanna quigley tells "action news" that she's relieved man seen in cell phone video has been arrested. friday quigley and two friend were walking on the the 1300 block of filbert street when the man passed them and made eye contact. >> instead of looking up and down at me. i said is there a reason you are looking up and down on me. >> reporter: quigley said he began to shout anti gay slurs and then attack while she recorded with her phone. >> first he hit he with a bag of groceries and second time was with his fist on the left side of my face.

acceptance at all levels of government. it could be a rough rush hour for commuters who cross the delaware river in bucks county. the delaware river bridge had to be shut down back on friday , because of structural issues. now, as drivers tried to find another way to get around officials are warning that other bridges, in bucks and mercer counties could see very heavy volume tomorrow. "action news" reporter bob brooks has the very latest on the situation from bristol township. >> reporter: turnpike officials say first step is to diagnosis exactly what ising wrong with the delaware river turnpike bridge, that connect bristol and bucks county to burlington township. that is expected to take, two full weeks alone. those that use the bridge on a daily basis say that is unacceptable. >> somebody's job to know, that the bridge is going that way. the it doesn't just happen. for it to be completely shut down, it is an inconvenience to many people. >> reporter: disappointment that has been growing since this past friday when crews painting the bridge found a fracture in the trus on the pennsylvania side so inspector

a new coalition of faith and lay leaders came together this afternoon in yardley bucks county. they gathered here at congregation bethel to form a group calling one bucks, they inn ten to peak out against recent acts of hate. members learned how to respond to hate incident and how to
