is on for a driver who struck and killed a grandmother taking children to a birthday party. >> the hunt is on for the driver of this white minivan. philadelphia police say they are the ones responsible for slamming into a 48-year-old grandmother carrying her three-year-old grandson last nigh. the victim is catherine brown pictured here. she along with the grandson she was carrying and five others were in the neighborhood for a birthday party. >> she had her three-year-old grand baby in her arms. when the car came and hit her, she threw her grand baby off. she protected him. >> we spoke with an eye witness that saw it unfold as the victim and her grandson crossed 47th street. >> you saw a light in the car so i figure he was on the phone.

honor. she was 48. >> late tonight president trump's order on immigration hit a set back, a federal judge in new york ruled the u.s. can't disport travelers with valid visas. the order suspends entry for 120 days and bars syrians indefinitely and blocks 90 days seven muslim country, prevents green card holders from reentering the u.s. without a special waiver. president trump calls it necessary to stop terrorists from coming into the country. many are crying foul. >> the executive order is discriminatory, discriminatory on religion and frankly quite disgusting. >> hundreds of people are standed at airports overseas after being denied entry to the

u.s. some people were on flights to the u.s. before president trump signed the order. that includes six members of a family detained upon arrival at the philadelphia international airport. they had plans to stay with a relative in allentown. this morning they were put back on a plane and sent back to war torn syria. >> we paid the fees. they were supposed to arrive this morning. we got a call from the airport saying don't bother to pick up your family. we are sending them back. >> this sparked protests at the airport. mayor kenney responded saying by several accounts these families waited months to obtain the proper documentation to come to the country legally. the trump administration may have given these families a death sentence. >> the ban may stop an oscar
