"action news" is reversal of the president trump's travel ban at least for now. last night a federal judge blocked the ban and today airlines are accepting travelers from seven muslim majority countries. regardless, white house is vowing to fight as president launched a twit era tack on the why who issued the ruling. mostly cloudy and a temperature of 30. 29 degrees at 8:00 p.m. thirty at 8:00 o'clock. as we get into our 9:00 o'clock or 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 o'clock tonight temperatures holding at 31 degrees. we will talk about what we can expect. wind chills rest of tonight will be in the 20's. extra layers will be needed. it does get milder on sunday, one could say closer to where we should be for this time of the year. we're also tracking threat of rain next week. we will take a closer look in the full, exclusive, accu weather forecast, walter. >> thanks, melissa. two police officers in philadelphia suffered minor injuries, while trying to arrest a burglary suspect. officers were called to the 100 block of south 20th street at 10:00 o'clock this morning. it was there where a man, was allegedly trying to burglarized rittenhouse pet supply. we're told it took several officers to subdue the suspect and a woman walking in center city was hospitalized after she was struck by a falling pole, during a car crash. it happened just before 2:00 this afternoon along 700 block of chestnut street.

investigators say natalie driver, lost control, and then struck the pole, which came crashing down on the victim. she was taken to jefferson hospital where she is listed in stable condition. police in voorhees, new jersey are investigating a shooting there, that ended with a man in critical condition. investigators say right around 11:00 o'clock last night two people got into an argument. one pulled out a gun and shot the man several times. investigators say natalie two did know each other. the victim was taken to cooper trauma center. the suspect remains on the loose. a violent crash this morning in the city's west oak lane section ended with a man killed and a woman in critical condition. this was the scene at about 1:30 this morning on the broad street near stenton avenue. investigators say a ford explorer was speeding and then slammed in another vehicle. two people in that explorer were eject. a 30 year-old man was pronounced dead and 28 year-old woman remains in critical condition. two people from the other car were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. much more to come on "action news" tonight, a chilly day, makes it a great day for a good book.

and 28 degrees, in philadelphia. so here's the setup for us tomorrow: we have a southeasterly wind. so temperatures will be a little bit milder, we're in at 45 for a high temperature tomorrow. then we're tracking a flurry or a sprinkle namely, north of the i-95 corridor northern lehigh valley, and up through the poconos as we get into tomorrow afternoon. so not a whole lot of precipitation with this system , as the front moves east of the appalachians, with a lot of the moisture starting to dry out. so tomorrow, cloud giving way to some sunshine, by the afternoon, we've got that southeasterly wind at five to 10 miles an hour. 41 degrees the high temperature in allentown. forty-five, in lancaster. forty-seven down in dover, tomorrow, and 48 degrees in cape may, and toms river coming in at 54. and 50 the high temperature at the coast in atlantic city. the here's the exclusive accu weather seven day forecast: tomorrow, cloud yielding to some sunshine. it will be a milder day. ren, today's high just 36. tomorrow, we're maxing out, close to 45. and on monday, we have some sun, and high temperature in at 46.
