>> in other news, a man is in custody after causing a deadly crash in philadelphia. a man hit four parked cars along the 1300 block this afternoon and then fled the scene. inside one of the parked cars was a 56-year-old woman. she was rushed to hospital and died 90 minutes later from her injuries. the driver of the honda was later apprehended. >> two vehicles collided on swamp road near covered bridge road just before 7:00. three people were taken to st. mary medical center. >> a vigil was held for a community activist gunned down inside her home. people gathered to remember whinney harris. her killer remains on the loose.

sacrifice he made. >> floyd, a 47-year-old father and grandfather was killed in a standoff and hoe hostage situatn last week at the correction's center near smyrna. it has left correction correctis employees shaken. >> we are there to do what we have to do. >> correction's officers came for the viewing and funeral. 100 gathered at the delaware bridge and traveled together to honor floyd. >> i can feel what he was going through. folks that worked with floyd called him a dedicated officer that shouldn't have lost his life. >> it's sad. there was an imbalance somewhere. hopefully, it will be fixed now. sometimes it takes a tragedy such as this for people to wake up. >> i want justice.

of the explorer took off. the driver was dragged four blocks. he was able to jump off when the suspect slowed down. the suspect drove away and remains on the loose tonight. >> a man in cumberland county that shot an officer was officed as as fe fuqua. >> tributes for al boskov continue to pour in tonight. he lost his life to cancer on friday. friend craig pool says he was grateful he was able to see his mentor hours before he died.
