weekend days. it's quiet out there right now. we have mainly cloudy skies, we are expecting rain to move in there shortly. the rain continued on and off all day long. future tracker 6 we set it in motion for you, we have a lot of colors up here, the white is the snow. the blue is the mix and the green is where we're seeing rain. we're seeing a wintry mix up in the poconos north of lehigh valley. lake harmony, mount pocono reporting freezing rain that's rain falling that freezes on contact with the colder ground. we expect this to continue through a good part of the afternoon. the winter weather advisory continues through 1:00 p.m. in the counties highlighted here. in the lehigh valley and the poconos. they include berks county, but most of it will stay in a line like this to areas to the north. there will might be freezing rain endrizzle in berks county

early this morning. the action cam was at the scene at 25th street at cecil b. moore. when police arrived they found a driver with a gunshot wound to the face. around the block officers found another mantua bullet wound to his shoulder. he is in stable condition. there's no word on a suspect or motive. firefighters rescue add man from a house fire in chester. this is viewer video from the scene the 1100 block of parker street. the fire broke out at 2:30 a.m. when crews arrived they found flames coming out of the two story twin. firefighters found a man trapped on the second floor. investigators are looking for the cause. 6:03 a.m., hundreds turned out to say farewell to a fallen corrections officer in delaware. family, friends and colleagues attended the viewing for steven

floyd. the 47-year-old died a week and a half ago at the vaughn correctional center in smyrna. we'll have more on the brothers in arms who made the trip to pay their respects. a west philadelphia neighborhood is pleading for justice while honoring a beloved pillar of their community. >> our god and father we thank you for this is the day you have made. >> reporter: they held candles last night praying for someone to offer the tip to solve the murder of windy harris. she was a fixture in the uc green program which plants thousands of trees in the community. a friend of hers spoke at the vigil. >> what happened to our friend? what happened to our friend who was a stalwart of this community. she kept our community beautiful.

mess on broad street. a crash injured four people. what police are having the driver do right now. police offer a final salute to a final delaware prison guard. >> the accuweather forecast is wintry wet and then windy. it is 6:30, meteorologist chris sowers joins us with another preview of accuweather. keep the umbrellas handy, right? >> reporter: a little bit of everything in the forecast for the viewing area. look at this shot here, in atlantic city, the wind, the camera is shakerring a little bit more than the winds suggest. we have gusts in the 10 to 15 miles per hour range. it will certainly get much windier than that over the next 24 to 48 hours. the storm will get cranking, the one that's bringing moisture to the parts of the area. once it hits the gulf of maine we'll see the wind whip in the

people in one car are injured and the driver is being tested for dui after the vehicle slammed into two parked suvs in the hunting park section of philadelphia. the action cam was on the 2200 block of north broad street. the car went out of control at 4:00 a.m. this morning. they are all in the hospital, there's no word on their condition. new information to tell you about this morning, police are investigating a double shooting in south philadelphia, here's what we know, bullets grazed a 16-year-old boy and 24-year-old man in the 900 block of south 4th street late last night. both in the hospital in stable condition. investigators are figure figurit who fired the shots. a husband, a friend a hero, all the words describing steven floyd. laid to restiest, many of his

fired a shot or why he was being chased. the prosecutor is looking into whether the shooting was justified. a man is in custody after causing a deadly crash in south philadelphia. police say a man driving a honda accord hit four parked cars along the 1800 block of south 31st street and fled the scene. 56-year-old woman was inside one of the parked cars. she was taken to jefferson hospital where she died 90 minutes later. the driver of the car was arrested. justin trudeau said he is not expected to raise his differences with president trump when he visitors the white house. he is expected to discuss jobs and middle class and the flow of goods and people across the border. israeli prime minister netanyahu is visiting washington this week. trump has talked about his desire to help end the conflict between israel and the

let's go live on sky6 live hd. our temple university camera, you can see a nice, quiet calm view, mr. william penn. we have cloudy skies a little bit of drizzle in areas north and west in the poconos, starting to see freezing rain. everybody else reporting light rain. there's allentown down there. you have to go into the poconos to get wintry precipitation. even though we have a winter weather advisory for the lehigh valley and then upper bucks and berks county. this is the only location that's picking up wintry precipitation as of now. reading sitting at 41 way above freezing. even allentown, the freezing mark is 32 allentown, 35. trenton, 36. millville, 44. dover, 43. we'll be watching these numbers very closely over the next 24 to 36 hours. winds right now are fairly tame

compared to where they will be here shortly. general wind speeds are out of the east-northeast these gusts will pick up to 50 to 60 miles per hour as this storm here hits the coast, it will hit the gulf of maine. it will suddenly explode the winds on the backside pull down on the western side of the low and all of a sudden we'll see the powerful gusts. here's future tracker 6, we'll stop the clock around lunchtime. alrn -- allentown, you'll see a little bit of rain or cold rain at this point. the poconos will see wintry precipitation, everybody's will see a -- everybody else will see a cold rain. later this evening, that's when everything starts to clear out. we'll go partly cloudy overnight tonight. that's when the winds start to pick up, tomorrow looks already, we'll see combination of sun and
