rain. let's get you outside, and show you what's going on, it's not too bad in most locations, mainly cloudy and drizzle taking place, that's about it. most of the rain is off to the north. as we switch over to the storm tracker 6 live, all the green, the wet weather is up to the north. we'll zoom into into the viewing area, we'll see rain in the poconos in the form of freezing rain and sleet in places like lake harmony and mount pocono. you can see how far north you are, allentown, the lehigh valley down there, you have to go way up there, out of our viewing area to get any kind of wintry precipitation this morning. nonetheless, the winter weather advisory continues 1:00 p.m. berks county, upper bucks, lehigh valley and the poconos, temperatures above freezing, 38 in saint david. the freezing mark is 32, that's the number right there, you get

together how two men got shot early this morning. the action cam was at the scene 250th street near cecil b. moore avenue. a car slammed into a parked carat 2:30 a.m. when police arrived they found a driver with a gunshot wound to the face. he is in critical condition at temple university hospital. down the block, officers found another man with a bullet wound to the shoulder. he is in stable condition. no word on science or motives. new this morning, firefighters rescued a man from a house fire in chester. this is viewer video from the scene the 1100 block of parker street. the fire broke out at 2:30 a.m. when crews arrived they found flames pouring out of the of the two story twin. firefighters rescued a man trapped on the second floor. he is a crozer-chester medical center. no word on his condition. hundreds turned out to say farewell to a fallen corrections officer in delaware.

talking about. >> reporter: imrai -- gray is not a big fan of the snow. there's a live shot of spring mountain, light drizzle and freezing rain in the poconos. let's flip it over to the radars. you have to go way north to get any precipitation this morning. most of it is falling in the form of liquid. you go farther to the north, you get into the higher elevations of the poconos, lake harmony, these freezing rain and sleet. this is where the wintry stuff will stay today, maybe as far south as allentown. 28 in the poconos, 36 in allentown. now the freezing mark is 32, as long as you stay in the mid 30s, you don't have to worry about icing taking place on the roads. we're seeing good numbers in the lehigh valley so far. reading, 38. philadelphia, 41. millville, 43. low 40s showing up in the state of delaware, as well. winds starting to pick up. the numbers will increase over

this, everybody else to the south will see a cold rain as temperatures climb into the mid 40s today. we'll zoom into the poconos, traveling from allentown along 47. lake harmony, mount pocono both reporting freezing rain at this point. this is the worst kind of wintry precipitation that we can forecast. it's straight ice. it's freezing on contact with the ground and everything becomes slippery it's a mess. terrible conditions up in the higher he higher elevation. winter weather advisory is in effect in the lehigh valley and the poconos. temperatures will drop below freezing in the lehigh valley and well below freezing in the poconos. expect freezing rain for period in the lehigh valley.

cause. 7:32 more knew information to tell you about this morning, police are investigating a double shooting that happened in south philadelphia. bullets grazed a 16-year-old boy and 24-year-old man in the 900 block of south 4th street late last night. both are in the hospital in stable condition. investigators are sorting out who fired the shots and what led to the shooting. a husband and father and hero described lieutenant steven floyd, the delaware corrections officer laid to rest this weekend. the service was private, but many comrads paid tribute to their lost brother. trish hartman has more from dover. >> reporter: one by one mourners boarded buses heading to the camp us of the delaware state university. >> i saw a lot of grief and honor, what he put himself through and what he did for his fellow officers and stuff.

accuweather chris. >> a little bit of rain developing today and a whole lot of wind tonight and tomorrow. there's the view from our temple university camera. all is quiet out there this morning. we have a little bit of low-level clouds starting to develop north and west of philadelphia. everybody else is in the clear this morning. the neck round of rain is quickly approaching from the west. we're seeing the icing, the freezing rain in the poconos. here's allentown way up to the north. when we start to pick up these shades of blue that's when the rain is falling, it's freezing on contact with the ground. we can see sleet pellets mixed in, as well. the national weather service continues this winter weather advisory for this part of the area. it's for berks and upper bucks county, as well. it will stay north of allentown. the winters precipitation will be confined to this area here. one or two areas south of that

mark could see a brief period of freezing rain. it will be very, very brief. 34 degrees was friday's high, windchills in the 20s, yesterday we shot up to 56. the normal is 43 we'll be close to that today. it's good to be normal every now and then. 41 in philadelphia. 35 in allentown, you're above freezing that's a good sign. 28 in the poconos they are seeing freezing rain there. trenton is above freezing and reading above freezing, everybody in the 40s in the south. that's why we're expecting a cold rain with the system. windchills are starting to pick up general out of the east at 5 -- generally out of the east at 5 to 10 miles per hour. the winds will roar overnight tonight and tomorrow as the storm hits the gulf of main. we'll see blizzard conditions in
