arrived on the scene. a home behind the used car dealership caught on fire. a firefighter experienced chest pains. he was taken to the hospital to be evaluated. he is expected to be okay. 10:03 a.m., two men were shot in the strawberry mansion section overnight. philadelphia police are working hard to figure out what led to the shooting. officers were called to the cecil b. moore avenue. they found a vehicle slammed into a parked car. the driver was shot in the face. officers rushed him to temple university hospital in critical condition. just down the block, officers found a second mantua gunshot injury to the shoulder. he was taken to the hospital in stable condition. the driver of a car involved in a crash sent four people to the hospital is being tested for dui. police say the car collided with two parked suvs, on the 4200 block of north broad street in hunting park section. three people injured were all in the car that caused the crash.

johnny betts does portraits of officers killed in the line of duty. the portraits are donated to the families or their colleagues. we have the story. >> reporter: my name is johnny castro i'm a philadelphia police graphic artist. these are some of the composites i've done, the forensic assets of it, we do the drawing of suspects. we have a victim or witness that has seen the suspect, they bring them down here i have a method i go over with them, pick out the official feets, i start with the -- features. i start with the eyes it's the easiest thing to do. i've always been good at drawing portraits.

i do portraits of officers that have fallen in the line of duty. this year i'm doing every single officer it's tough, as i'm doing one, another one is passing away. i start with the head first and add the croon form. you can make it look like a pencil or a paint brush. >> this is a portrait of a sheriff's deputy from north dakota he was shot and killed by a suspect after a vehicle pursuit. there's thousands of cops out there right now, you know sitting in their cars not knowing what's going to happen next. >> it's a way the uniform would look. i want to make sure my finished portrait of them is the way that they they remember them. i can't speak for everybody, but i think the police officer is doing the toughest job in the world. >> what meaningful work and
