on the right. you know the senior sandusky is serving 30 to 60 for molesting children. now comes word that the younger sandusky has committed sex crimes and he was charged today. >> it's monday night and another sandusky is behind bars in lieu of $200,000 bail. jeffrey sandusky was arraigned in the same courthouse his father stood trial. sandusky committed crimes involving two underaged girls over a five year period. he's charged with unlawful contact with a minor and sexual abuse of children. dann cuellar is live in our satellite center. dan, you have been talking about legal and medical experts. what have you learned? >> psychiatrists conclude this

>> flames attacked a house on akron street. a husband and wife and son made it out safely. a bedridden grandmother, 65-year-old woman died in the flames. it took firefighters just 17 minutes to beat back the flames but it wasn't enough to avoid the tragedy. >> a fema officer was assaulted by an aggressive kisser today at the 69th street terminal in upper darby. she was able to get the suspect off of her, arrested him and he faces a number of charges. state regulators approve the pipeline bringing natural gas. senoco logistics says the mariner east two pipeline will stretch from eastern ohio

president trump had been evaluating controversy surrounding mike flynn, abc news confirmed that flynn has resigned as national security adviser. he assisted he didn't address sanctions imposed on russia by obama but conceded recently that sanctions may have come up. we are showing you vice president pence because flynn had assured pence that there had been no talk about sanctions which allowed pence to go to the country to say flynn had not talked to the russian ambassador about sanctions but he apparently did and it resulted in his resignation tonight. president trump welcomed

canadian prime minister justin trudeau to the country. trump picked reporters confident that he would not be asked about the flynn controversy and he was not. trudeau said canada continues to pursue our policies of openness. the u.n. security council condemns north korea for the test firing of a ballistic missile. the council warned of significant measures if they don't stop nuclear and missile testing. saturday night's missile test is seen as a challenge to president trump. >> the wind woes died down but the damage remains. a wood frame townhome under construction collapsed. authorities say construction workers were on the roof and literally road the collapse down
