interviewed barbee on the friday and he was arraigned on saturday. and he faces multiple counts of indecent assault. a 3-year-old girl says he covered her mouth when he touched her and he initially told them he did not touch the girl in a sexual nature but after agreeing to a polygraph he admitted to indecent contact with the 3-year-old and parents reacted to the news. >> was friendly and the kids liked him. i liked him you never know. >> this parent told us he removed his daughter from the center because they were uncomfortable by the suspect. >> shocking this could happen and you know, i'm just wondering, you know if it happened to my daughter or anything like that.

the 29-year-old music teacher resigned earlier this week. he was originally suspended in object and officials are looking into texts and email and snap chat exchanges made during and after school hours. right now he has not been charged. officials in franklin township gloucester county, suspect a driver that struck two bicyclists was impaired. it happened on delsy drive at 12:00 today and the victims are a husband and wife in their 50s and both were rushed to cooper university hospital and the woman suffered critical injuries and the man is in stable condition and no charges have been filed at this time. one person was killed when a vehicle collided in prices corner delaware, it happened at 12:30 this afternoon in the northbound lanes near box wood road, a white sedan was against

the guardrail. debris from the crash was spread across two lanes of 141. philadelphia police now suspect that two robberies a bank yesterday and a laundry mat yesterday are connected. and that at least three of the suspects are the same. live outside of the beneficial bank branch at 5301 in east mown airy is "action news" reporter sara bloomquist tonight. sara what are police saying about this? >> reporter: well jim, police and the fbi believe they are looking at an armed robbery pattern along chew avenue in east mt. airy and german town. it happened early yesterday morning at this bank behind me. >> this surveillance image shows three suspected as entered the beneficial bank in german town just before 9:00 yesterday morning. >> committed by three males and two of them were wearing masks. >> brandishing a gun one ordered

employees into the middle of the bank and another took money from the tellers and they fled on foot meeting up with the fourth suspect and they believe that the same men robbed long's laundry mat at east mt. airy on chew avenue at 7:15. here they are walking in and they approached an employee and once inside ordered to hand over $1,000 in cash, his cell phone and wallet. >> in is no record for customers who are actually in the laundry mat at the time and we spoke with another employee that did not want to appear on camera. >> my boss tells me three people came in and they had a gun -- >> at the laundry mat one suspect referred to the other

so philadelphia's love statue will disappear for a while so it can be refurbished for the first time in 20 years it will return when they hope the new love park. gray hall was there to say good-bye. no one wants to see love go. >> i love love. that is a bummer it's a sign of philadelphia. >> it's going to be missed. i go to work here and there are people that come and get their picture taken. the last time the iconic love

sculpture was refurbished was 1998 and crews waited until after valentines day to take down the love symbol. >> people will miss it and we'll hear about it from a lot of people. where is the love? and they came here specifically. >> and people may feel heart broken but the city says it's coming down for a good call. the sculpture needs t almost c and has been around since 1976 and in love park in center city and the temporary home is in dillworth park while love parks gets a makeover. >> this support tour is the victim of lot of attention and handling and loving, people like to scratch their initials into it and do graffiti and stickers and all of that has taken its toll. >> and then in the matter of hours love was gone and crews will strip down the sculpture

as we look at satellite and radar a lot of clouds that passed through a rain drop and snowflake here and there late in the day and there you see the clouds beginning to break apart, as the storm and front are moving away, as we wake up for the bus stop forecast a lot of sunshine but doing little to warm us, windchill in the teens and many layers needed in the morning and you may be able to take one layer off in the afternoon sun and clouds and with the wind whipping around and it feels like the 20s even in the afternoon. then as we go into the weekend and beyond into next week, the jet stream is back up into southern canada, slowing all the winter air temporarily into central parts of canada and we put winter on hold on the eastern half of the country for several days, as a ridge builds in the south and the warmth
