stable condition at jefferson university hospital. four people were shot near the intersection of 56th and market in west philadelphia. police were called to the scene at 10:00 p.m. all four people were taken to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. police have no suspects or motives for the shooting. this morning a police officer is recovering after a chase involving server dirt bikes, it started at diamond and 23rd street in north philadelphia at 7:00 p.m. police thought they heard gun shots and gave chase to several dirt bikes in the area. officers caught up with one biker at allegheny and third street where a female philadelphia highway patrol officer was injured. she broke her leg. police arrested a second biker. no weapons were recovered. the chase is being investigated. happening right now, a 2-year-old boy is recovering in the hospital and this morning his family is waiting for the hit hit-and-run driver who injured him to surrender. the toddler was struck by an suv
