asks her right there to marry him. he apparently had planned to propose to her the week after the accident and decided their love was strong enough that he still wanted to go ahead and propose. she agreed. they did set up a go fund me page for brandon and his brother-in-law to pay for medical expenses but brandon got into one of the best therapy places and he, his fiancee and his family are going there so he has the best chance to get back to normal. >> it's one of those moments. everybody gathered around. that will be cemented in her mind forever. >> couple of weird videos. this one from cctv from inside a super max which is a family restaurant chain. there are over a hundred of them. these guys walking out when one of the guys slipped right on that wet spot. >> he's down like a soccer

player. struggles to get back up and slowly makes his way out with his buddy. this is part of a much bigger story that's really getting attraction across the pond. the founder of super max released this tout an example as to what he has to deal with because of the compensation culture that's going on in ireland. basically laws have been passed and things changed and people are just flopping in his restaurants and looking for the easy payout. he said at one point he had 125 live cases going at one time of people trying to pull this. don't worry. the judge watched the video like we all did. his exact quote is did you have a look at youtube? this one is for youtube. he dismissed the case. this one has a woman lifted up with spanx underneath where she's put a little slit in. >> that's where the spanx is supposed to hold in her pooch but hers is a pouch for clothes.

>> exactly right. >> look how bothered she is. she's literally on the phone. >> that's her attorney. >> ew, she had them all up in there. >> they say nine things were pulled out of her undies. no word as to whether she faced charges. already racked up two and a half million views. >> this is terrible. can i just say this is why spanx work. they hold it all in. this is an animal rescue. a guy says it took him two hours to rescue a mom and her eight babies. this is on top of a building. three roofs were involved in this rescue. >> they say a mom and a bunch of babies. what kind of mom? >> you see right there.

one little duckling. he went through all that for a little duck. >> he went up, down, back and forth getting the ducks and putting them in the crate. that's duck number one. now he has to get baby number two. he said the temperatures have been below freezing and somehow this mom bred these babies up on the roof of one of the buildings. they probably wouldn't have made it through winter if he didn't grab them. mama and six of the other babies jumped 13 feet onto another roof. that's why the other two were stuck back where they were. they were too afraid to jump. look where he found mama and the six others. underneath the ac unit on the roof. >> probably because it's warm. >> yes. >> he has a cage all set up. he gently escorts them into the cage. >> nice there. >> once he gets them in the cage he starts transferring them into the crate with the other babies
