good afternoon we are following break news from upper darby where three septa trains were involved in a crash near the 69th street terminal. chopper 6 hd as over the derailment and we learned that one victim is in critical condition. it's tuesday afternoon and we begin with the developing investigation into how this happened. "action news" is live with team coverage. john rawlins is following the impact for commuters and first katherine scott has the latest from septa. >> reporter: two septa operators and two passengers were injured and one of those septa operators is in critical condition. there is a lot go on here this noon. the investigation is ongoing, they just halled in a lot of equipment and this investigation will have to rerail the equipment and get it moved. three six car trains were
