out of their apartment building in darby township. people inside at the victorian arms development began feeling sick and called firefighters. those crews discovered elevated levels of carbon monoxide and ordered everyone to get out. peco is investigating the source of problem. we'll update as details come in. breaking this morning a woman is in serious condition after getting wounded inside club onyx in south philadelphia. the action cam was at the scene 2900 block of south columbus boulevard. a bullet hit a mirror and ricocheted and hit the woman in the side. the 26-year-old victim has undergone surgery at jefferson university hospital. the suspect is on the loose detectives are interviewing witnesses. a woman smashed her car through a fence at philadelphia northeast airport. the action cam was at the scene

red lion road at decatur street. the plowed through the fence and came to a stop near the hangar, after 89 car went through the fence, it went back to its original position. there were no reports of injuries or charges. two dozen people were hurt after a truck plowed into a crowd at mardi gras. the truck hit two parked cars and slammed into a tow truck. we have learned that 28 people were hurt because of this. five rushed to the hospital in critical condition. police officer and children as young as 3 or 4 years old were among the injured. police say appears the driver was under the influence. >> we suspect that that subject was highly intoxicated. he is in custody. he is being investigated right now. he is down at our dwi office.

>> when i heard the impact i seen the truck hitting the people on the ground, coming through the crowd. >> reporter: fbi has joined the investigation to determine if the incident can be classified as a federal violation. happening this morning police are searching for the hit-and-run driver who hit a woman in feltonville yesterday morning and did not stop. action reporter, bob brooks with the story. neighbors say they heard the impact. that crash was a woman being hit by a car. philadelphia police say she was tossed through the area suffered numerous injuries. detectives are on the hunt for a white nissan with a broken headlight. the impact happened at wyoming and lawrence street in feltonville section. you could hear neighbors say it was an accident that was waiting to happen. >> around here it is dangerous. >> reporter: they can't understand how someone could be so cowardly and hit a woman and never stop to help.
