rash of bomb threats has been called into jewish community centers around the country including some in our area. the jcc on springdale road in cherry hill is being searched as a precaution. a threat came into jcc talleyville, delaware, new castle county police are responding there. this is the third threat made to the center on garden of eden road. >> these come on the heals of vandalism in the -- heels of vandalism in wissinoming section of philadelphia. >> jewish headstones were damaged, there's a reward that leads to the culprit. >> and is live at the cemetary annie. >> reporter: you can see what the vandals left behind. police say they must allow the investigation to take its course before they can determine a

specific motive or label it as a particular crime. however, they say this is a crime that appears to target these particular headstones, toppled headstones remain at mount carmel cemetary, as many as 100 graves were vandalized, but those part of the cleanup effort say there were hundreds more. historic jewish cemetary sits among other cemetaries that don't have signs of vandalism. mayor kenny said this today. >> they are intersect with four cemetaries the only cemetary vandalized is a jewish cemetary, 100 stones overturned, sad to say it is probably is. we're in a environment in this county where bigotry and hatred has been given permission. >> try to understand what has occurred and try to get to the

denied a change of venue we know the trial will takes place at the montgomery county courthouse, the jurors can come from outside the county and be sequestered for the trial. as for where they will come from, that will be up to the pennsylvania supreme court. we're outside montgomery county courthouse waiting to hear from the legal teams. this morning the defense argued that cosby cannot get a fair trial here. they submitted five binders of local national and international media coverage. could also bee is accused -- cosby is accused of assaulting andrea constand in cheltenham. the coverage was so substantial and per -- pervasive, prejudice must be avoided. how do we unring that bell.

it was a campaign issue in the race for district attorney. they made a suggestion where the jury pool could come from, the defense felt they could get bigger jury pools in philadelphia and allegheny counties. district attorney said the defense was score -- excoriating the media. while the defense was passionate and he will quinlt he was -- he eloquent he was short on law. he argued against moving the whole trial, once again, the decision has come down a jury there be brought in from outside montgomery county. they will be sequestered, at this point we don't know where they will come from. at this point the judge is hoping that the trial will go ahead as planned as june 5. we'll see sometime before that they will to go and select the jury pool.

>> this morning a police officer in minnesota entered a plea in a dead think shooting that capture nationwide attention, he pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and other charges connected to the 32-year-old castille's death. he shot him because he believed he was reaching for a gun. prosecutors say he warned the officer he had a gun. his girlfriend live streamed the intersection with the officer after the shooting. she told him to not shoot because he was not grabbing his gun. he thought he was an armed robbery suspect at the time. the officer goes on trial in late may. the father of a navy seal killed in yemen is demanding an

investigation into his son's death. ryan owens died in a raid on suspected al qaeda compound last month. he refused to meet with president trump after his son's body was returned home. he questioned why the raid went ahead so early in the trump presidency. takata is expected to plead guilty for hiding a deadly air bag inflating problem. they are expected to agree to a 1 billion-dollar penalty. the defective air bags were blamed for 16 dents and dozens of -- deaths and dozens of injuries. cars parked at a college is new hampshire were caught in flooding. the culprit is an ice jam up the river. when the temperature warmed up, the river flow hit the ice jam and spilled into the parking lot of plymouth state university all while the drivers were away from

over the ownership of a trump sign from his old casino in atlantic city. a philadelphia company called recycling urban material for profit bought two trump letters earlier this month. an eastern sign worker was removing the letters and agreed to sell them from $250. the recycling company put the letters on ebay and the bid went through the roof. that's when eastern sign came forward and said the signs were

as we head in the afternoon there's a chance of thicker cloud cover, we're keeping an eye on sprinkles and light showers, some of that might filter through late today and tonight. most of you stay dry, if you see it, it's coming at you from the west and it is light. the lehigh valley, sun and clouds, milder 54. down the shore, milder and pleasant. high of 352 degrees, a little bit cooler down the shore, the ocean temperature is right there at 43. it's cool, that draw is coming in off the water a little bit and on the ocean. cooling down at the shore. in philadelphia, though, sun and clouds, milder conditions with a high of 57 degrees, yesterday we only got 46. this doesn't represent a bit of improvement. winds out of the southwest at 8 to 16 miles per hour as i mentioned a little breezy out there. overnight tonight, more clouds start to build in. the overnight low is not bad. 44 degrees, tomorrow morning when you wake up and step outside, it won't be as cold as this morning when we were close to the freezing mark, but we'll
