and tied up and locked in a closet in her home. the suspect escaped from the devereux menal facility and walked to creek road and police were able to catch the attacker after he used the woman's credit cards and the vehicle tim is recovering. upper dublin police say that dozens of cases are tainted that after a detectivive stole evidence. police noticed irregularities and ask the da to investigation. more than $7,000 and a variety of pills and money went missing. that gummer stole the money for a drug addiction. he committed suicide in september. and the da's office is notifying cases with the missing evident. and a fire in lower moreland

this morning, the power lines run along septa's regional rail line and the agency says that bamboo grew into the wires and that sparked the blaze and homes near the fire was spared and the whipping winds toppled a tree. and tom foley was sleeping in his bed when the tree came through the roof. he suffered only minor cuts. >> and crews worked until the early morning hours. to restore power to homes and businesses after an underground electrical fire in berks county. flames shot out of manholes at cherry and south sixth street last night. people were evacuated from their homes because of high levels of carbon monoxide. and more people quit their jobs in the wake of the takeover at smyrna correctional facility.

there is now a way for individuals citizens to help homeless people meet their urgent needs. and it's a street app. >> it's hard because people automatically assume when are you homeless you did something wrong. >> jd smith is homeless for five years. >> they automatically assume the worst or you are a little bit slow. >> now a way to give to jd and you will know it will pay for items he really needs. from an app called street change. >> it shows my picture and situation and explain my story and they can make donations online.
