into this two game losing streak? did it feel you needed to win? >> for sure. we haven't played our best and it's been showing. lost two in a row. the way we were playing wasn't great. so we wanted to get back to who we are. at the end of the game, showed exactly our identity. moving the ball. finding the open guy and finishing the game strong. >> you told us how you never lose confidence in your shot. there was a time in the first half where you were on the bench and missed a couple free-throws and a few threes and had a confused look. what were you thinking about and how did you and klay end up getting off it a bit? >> my assistant coach was telling me to think about nothing. which i was trying to do. lake don't worry about what's going on in the last two, three games, just shoot. that obviously worked in the third quarter. it's the nba season. the ups and downs, just got to stick with the program. >> how does this challenge feel

california condition with a gunshot wound to the face. it happened this afternoon in southwest philadelphia two victims were sitting in the car when someone opened fire. "action news" reporter bob brooks is live at the scene with full details, bob? >> reporter: well, walter a real tragedy. again, young people involved in this, that man in his 20's shot and killed, that 14 year-old is in the hospital now. he was shot in the face. behind us here, just down the street is that car they were driving in and trying to get away from the bullets. homicide detectives looking through it right now. those victims crashed as they were trying to get away. detectives say that the call came in just before 2:30 this afternoon, there were shots fired in the 8100 block of lions avenue. when medics arrived they found this white car shot up, badly damaged and two victims inside a man in his 20's and a 14 year-old. investigators say they were fleeing bullets of a car, smashed in the light poem, splitting tonight half. man in his 20's was shot twice and he has been pronounced dead. fourteen year-old is in critical condition, he was shot, in the face. >> it is a sin and a shame,

a fire, that has damaged at lee six row homes. fire broke out arounde 22nd near north market around 5:00 p.m. officials tell "action news" that three homes are vacant no one from the other three homes was injured. cause of the fire remains under investigation. well, hundreds of the nurses from delaware county memorial hospital are on strike, today, to protest what they say are unfair labor policies. the striking including nearly 400 employees, and is expected to last just two case but picketers say they hope to send a message. "action news" reporter jeanett e reyes is live at the hospital with the very latest, jeanette. >> reporter: well, walter the strike continues at this hour, take a live look here mind me here, occasionally you will hear drivers honking their horn in a show of support. they are protesting a problem, the hospital says, doesn't exist. for much of the day, dozens of nurses and other delaware county memorial hospital workers, held up their signs,

>> we have something certainly to look forward to as these temperatures over pennsylvania couple of days have been too chilly for you. we were off tie frigid start, however to day certainly cold, making today or at lee this morning the coldest morning since january 10th that we had an overnight low in philadelphia of 15 degrees. wind chill this morning dropped down to just 2 degrees we had ample sunshine. temperatures did bump backup in the upper 30's. as we lot numbers across mid-atlantic region, 37 in philadelphia, but look off to the south and west in the lower air starting to approach , 50, 44 in pittsburgh and 63 degrees in charleston, west virginia. there was a warm front that will be shifting to the north as we go throughout the rest of tonight and into the start of the workweek on monday. so if you are outside on the town 7:00 p.m. that temperature 31. we have mostly clear skies tonight, 30 at 8:00 p.m. upper 20's at nine, 10, 11:00 and it is clear and chilly. so still cold tonight, warmer air, returns once we get into monday and we are tracking a threat for some showers.

parents like adrian daily brought their stories of hope. her seven month-old son deck land has had two heart surgeries at chop and will have at lee one more. >> it is really heart warming to see, everybody come out this morning, chop, cardiac center for these people taking care of him there and that means they are really dedicated to what they do. >> reporter: in this all day relay style event fund raising teams of at lee four people participating with each member spinning for 45 minutes at a time. doctors say that the hundreds of thousands of dollars raised will help with innovative research. >> we are coming up with ways where we can, do intervention even before babies are born, so that we can potentially reverse their heart disease. >> reporter: participants like mike baker this event was fun but emotional. his daughter evelyn had heart surgery at just three days old she's now a happy, healthy two-year old. >> all of those emotions and feelings come back, it is an emotional morning. challenging but awesome at the same time. >> reporter: many people here

mom's friend and i said to everybody and they donated. >> all right. nick brought in 90 coats from the coat drive and now says he plans to make his coat collection project an annual effort. the academy of natural sciences at drexel university had a chance today to get up close and personal with dinosaurs. in addition to learning about different types of prehistoric creatures the kid were able to examine rare fossils and meet a paleontologist and ask all about her job.
