news" this noon is breaking news, chopper 6 hd is above the scene of a three-alarm fire in northeast philadelphia. this is the aquatic fitness center on the 3600 block of grant avenue. the fire broke out 45 minutes ago. firefighters arrived on the scene to find flames throughout the building. no injuries have been reported, this is an aquatic and fitness center with indoor pools. we believe the dome covered the large olympic pool at the back of the complex. it did break out sometime after 11:00 and burned very, very quickly. you can see there's practically nothing left of the rooftop of the dome. this is video from just a short time ago, you can see heavy, heavy smoke coming from the dome that covered the olympic-sized pool. this is located in a residential neighborhood. so far there's no word of any evacuations. there's another building connected to the dome that's

fiery and smoky blaze in montgomery county less than an hour ago. this is the 400 block of hollow road in upper providence township. firefighters were called to the scene before 11:00 a.m., so far no reports of injuries. the search is on this noon for a gunman who opened fire on a pair of brothers in southwest philadelphia. police say they were sitting in a car when they came under fire from a hail of bullets. one brother did not survive. annie mccormick is live from police headquarters with details on the on going investigation. annie. >> reporter: the brother who survived is in critical condition at the children's hospital in philadelphia. family members said he had not been able to communicate with his family just yet. in the meantime police say they are working hard to figure out who is responsible. family members identified the victims of a brutal shooting sunday as teen brothers, zybrii davis and sybrii davis. according to police and family

around 2:30 p.m. on lions avenue a shooter in a dark vehicle opened fire on the hondia with the brothers inside. the shooter had a a brief conversation with the teens before firing his weapon. zybrii davis was hit in the torso and pronounced dead a short time later. a bullet struck sybrii davis in the side of his face. he is in critical condition at children's hospital. after the gunman opened fire the brothers tried to drive away to safety, but struck a pole. homicide investigators in the crime scene unity spent hours speaking to witnesses and and gathering surveillance video. investigators hope anyone with information come forward. there's a vague description of the vehicle and no description of the suspects who they believe pulled the weapon.
