antho anthony luciano is charged with assaulting a 17-year-old girl seven years ago. but they worry that he has other victims perhaps many other victims. live in the satellite center is dann cuellar. >> reporter: jim, the attorney general says that it came to hire attention in a teenage chat room, he became engaged in chat with an underaged girl. and that he had real life self you'll contact with a number of minors. arrested is anthony luciani, he stated in an interview he is attracted to younger female, ages 12 to 15 for the last 10 to 12 years and was asked how many children under the age of 18 he

had sex with. he identified the victim by name, a 14-year-old girl, he drove to her house in berks county. and they found a victim in berks county. and that luciani came to her house in 2010 and had sex with her when her parents were away and she was only 14 years old at the time. >> he was arraigned in boyer town, and charged with two counts of deviant sexual intercourse with a child and unlawful account with a minor and the other victims are unknown to authorities. >> our investigation is activity and ongoing, every case of sexual abuse against a child is terrible and we'll relentlessly pursue every case of sexual abuse against any child in pennsylvania. >> he is held at the montgomery county prison his bail is now set at $1 million, they are urging other potential victims

to contact the child predator hot line at 385-1044. >> live in the center, dann cuellar, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. this was the scene today one day after the fire attacked a peco substation in the 2600 block of west westmoreland in north philadelphia and at last word 1500 people are still without power. live at the scene is john rawlins tonight. >> the numbers are improving but still not zero. here is the substation here, there were still personnel on the ground assessing the situation and seeing how much damage there was and there seems to be quite a bit of damage on the distribution side of the facility. this is the 3200 block of north 25th street in north philadelphia and folks are waiting for the return of electricity and waiting now, it's been lights out here for

the last 27 to 2 hours. >> among the questions for the peco workers what went wrong here yesterday and why. yesterday's blaze burn the cables providing power to the nearby streets so those closest to the substation were the last to get power back. they waited in the warm sunshine hoping for restoration before night fall. >> it was dark. no streetlights, you would be surprised. >> it's a temporary fix until other steps can be taken. >> yesterday firefighters had to wait almost three hours to put water on the intense fire and there is a reason, 13,000 volts of electricity was flowing through the burning cables and water can act as an electricity condu conductor. >> there are minerals that can

interact with the electricity and cause electrocution and harm to those fighting the fire. >> deenergizing a substation of this size is not a simple manner. it had to be interrupted. and once that was confirmed there were more steps to take. we not only remotely opened the switches to stop the flow of electricity at this facility. we confirmed manually at this facility there was no power flowing where the firefighters were about to fight this fire. >> well, back to the numbers, about an hour ago the number was at 2400, as you said jim the latest numbers down to 1500, the truck mounted tractor trailer generators are being switched on as we speak. that is where the improvement is coming from but does not include
